Bobrovsky starts Tuesday vs. the Flyers.

Bobrovsky gave up three goals on 30 shots in the Blue Jackets win over New Jersey on Saturday. Joonas Korpisalo started on Sunday, so they’ll come back to Bobrovsky tonight vs. his former team. Bob is 1-3-0 with a 3.28 GAA and .892 SV% since returning from a groin injury, but has been great in his career versus the Flyers—he is 4-1-0 with a 1.80 GAA, .940 SV% and one shutout in his first five starts vs. Philly.

Bobrovsky starts Thursday vs. the Red Wings.

Bobrovsky allowed four goals on 37 shots in the Blue Jackets loss to the Lightning on Sunday. Bobrovsky has lost each of his two starts since returning from a groin injury, allowing a combined seven goals on 68 shots (.897 SV%). Tonight he’ll face the Red Wings for the first time this season—he has gone 4-9-1 with a 3.12 GAA and .895 SV% on home ice this season.

Bennett (mid-body) will not play on Friday; listed as day-to-day.

Bennett played just 3:49 TOI before departing Wednesday’s game with an upper-body injury, that will keep him out of tonight’s game vs. the Coyotes. With Bennett sidelined, the Flames have recalled Ken Agostino from Stockton (AHL), who will make his season debut and Michael Frolik move onto the second power-play unit.

Bobrovsky will start Friday vs. the Penguins.

Bobrovsky has been sidelined by a groin injury since January 21st, but will return to the crease tonight vs. the Penguins. Prior to getting injured, Bobrovsky had lost six of his last seven (1-4-2). Bobrovsky has gone 4-7-1 with a 3.06 GAA and .895 SV% on home ice this season, but is 2-0-0 with a 0.98 GAA and .963 SV% in two starts vs. Pittsburgh.

The Panthers have activated Aleksander Barkov (upper-body) from IR; will play on Thursday.

Barkov missed the last six games with an upper-body injury he suffered in Detroit on February 8th. Barkov should immediately be re-inserted into your fantasy lineup. He has 16 goals and 19 assists (35 points) in 43 games this season. He’ll centre the top line between Jaromir Jagr and Jussi Jokinen.

Aleksander Barkov
Barkov (upper-body) will not play on Tuesday; no timetable for his return.

Barkov suffered an upper-body injury on a hit by Red Wings’ forward Justin Abdelkader on Monday. With Barkov out, Nick Bjugstad will skate on the Panthers’ top line with Jonathan Huberdeau and Jaromir Jagr. There was no update on the severity of Barkov’s injury, but we should get an update in the next 48 hours.

Aleksander Barkov
Barkov left Monday's game with an upper-body injury and did not return.

Barkov was crunched in his own zone by Red Wings forward Justin Abdelkader and left the game with a potential concussion. Barkov has turned into a star this season and this would be a huge blow to the Panthers offence if he misses an extended period of time. If he’s out for any period of time, look for Nick Bjugstad to play an extended role for the Panthers.

Berube will start Tuesday vs. the Wild.

Berube spent the All-Star break on a conditioning stint with Bridgeport (AHL) and he excelled, going 4-1-0 with a 1.25 GAA and .960 SV%. He is fresh after playing all week, so the Islanders will roll with the hot hand in their first game back. Berube allowed four goals on 34 shots in a loss to Chicago in his NHL debut back in October.

Jean-Francois Berube
The Islanders have recalled J-F Berube from his conditioning stint with Bridgeport (AHL).

After missing three months with a lower-body injury, Berube went to Bridgeport on a conditioning stint, where he went 4-1-0 with a 1.25 GAA and .960 SV%. He had to be recalled because his conditioning stint was up, so he will likely be traded or put on waivers because the Islanders already have Jaroslav Halak and Thomas Greiss.
