Bobrovsky is coming off his third straight loss after stopping 18 of 22 shots (.818 SV%) in a 4-3 defeat to Philadelphia his last time out. The 34-year-old has struggled to start this season, posting a .897 SV% and 3.07 GAA to go along with a 2-3-1 record. He draws a good matchup with the San Jose Sharks who are 31st in the NHL in goals per game (2.42).

Florida will host the Tampa Bay Lightning who have struggled to a 1-3-0 early on, ranking 27th in goals with 2.5 GF/GP.

Bobrovsky will take the crease for his third start of the season Wednesday as the Florida Panthers host the undefeated Philadelphia Flyers at home. The 13-year veteran has played exceptional in the early part of the year, stopping 61 of his first 66 shots on goal while earning a 1-1-0 record. He will be looking for his second victory of the young season after sharing the league lead in wins in 2021-22 (39).

Bobrovsky has impressively won 40 of his last 54 starts as a member of the Florida Panthers.
