Kuemper will start against the Kraken on Wednesday.

Kuemper will face the Kraken on Wednesday, in what will likely be his final start before heading off to represent Canada at the 2026 Winter Olympics. The 35-year-old netminder secured the victory in his last start, stopping 19 of the 21 shots he faced in a 3-2 overtime win in Philadelphia on Saturday. He's got a great chance of staying in the win column on Wednesday as the Kings enter action at -175 on the money line.

Panarin will not play in Vegas on Thursday, and will instead make his Kings debut following the Olympic break.

Panarin has not played or practiced since January 26th, being held out of the lineup with the New York Rangers, and as a result the Kings are opting not to rush his team debut for either of their remaining two games before the break. The 34-year-old Panarin had a poor start to the 2025-26 season, with just seven points (2G / 5A) in his first 14 games, but has since returned to his elite form and proven he is still one of the top offensive players in the NHL, scoring 50 points (17G / 33A) in his last 38 games. The trade to Los Angeles was quickly accompanied by a two-year, $11 million contract extension.

Anderson (upper-body) is expected to be out vs. Seattle and is considered day-to-day.

Anderson suffered an upper-body injury early in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes and exited the game after only 2:50 time-on-ice. His injury does not seem to pose a long-term threat, but he will not play on Wednesday against the Seattle Kraken. Jacob Moverare will draw into the lineup as Anderson's replacement.

He started the 2025-26 campaign with a less-than-stellar 3.55 GAA and .878 SV% in his first five games (2-2-1), but has been tremendous since, posting a 2.09 GAA and .923 SV% in 15 outings (7-5-3).
