Los Angeles has signed Taylor Ward to a two-year extension worth $875,000 AAV ($1.75 million total)
Ward made his season debut earlier this month and has been productive in a middle-six role, scoring four points (2G / 2A) in nine games. The undrafted 27-year-old forward has five points (3G / 2A) in 10 career games.
Connors has been recalled from Ontario (AHL).
Connors was a fourth-round pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft and has yet to make his NHL debut. The 22-year-old forward is in his first professional season, tallying 24 points (9G / 15A) in 41 games with the Ontario Reign (AHL).

The Kings will go back to Kuemper between the pipes for Tuesday's game against the Rangers, as he looks to snap a personal five-game losing streak. Kuemper was unfortunate not to end his winless drought in his last start, allowing two goals on 28 shots in a 3-2 shootout loss to the Ducks on Friday. The 35-year-old brings a 12-9-9 record and .905 SV% into Tuesday night's matchup, where the Kings enter action at -180 on the money line.

Pederson will make his Flyers debut on Monday.
Pederson was recalled from Lehigh Valley (AHL) yesterday and will get the chance to play his first NHL game of the season after signing with the Flyers in the off-season. Pederson has 13 goals and 15 assists in 37 AHL games this season.
Lee has been loaned to Ontario (AHL).
Lee has been a regular for the Kings for most of the month, scoring two points (1G / 1A) in seven games, but will return to a familiar place in the AHL. The 25-year-old Lee has 27 points (15G / 12A) in 32 games with Ontario (AHL) this season.
