Marc-Andre Fleury will start vs. Edmonton Thursday.

Fleury stopped 20 of 23 shots (.870 SV%) to snap a two-game losing skid as he beat Arizona in his previous start. The 37-year-old has struggled this season as shown by his .901 SV%, 2.91 GAA and 7-5-1 record. He takes on the Edmonton Oilers, who are on a three-game win streak after beating Chicago 5-4 Wednesday in their first of their back-to-back games.

Yakov Trenin will return to the Predators' lineup Tuesday vs. Anaheim (lower body).

Trenin has missed the Predators' previous four games due to a lower-body injury but will be a welcome addition back Tuesday as they take on the Ducks. The 25-year-old had a goal and three assists with 22 SOG through 15 games prior to the injury.

Fleury allowed two goals on 25 shots (.920 SV%) in a loss to Nashville his previous time out. The 37-year-old has struggled this season but still has a 6-4-1 record with a 2.8 GAA and .906 SV%. He takes on the Toronto Maple Leafs who have points in six straight games.

The Wild have activated Marc-Andre Fleury (upper-body) from IR.

Fleury missed the last three games with an upper-body injury, but he'll be available to start Friday afternoon vs. the Maple Leafs. Before getting hurt, Fleury had gone 6-4-1 with a 2.80 GAA (24th) and .906 SV% (t27th) in 12 games this season. Zane MacIntyre was returned to Iowa (AHL) to make room for Fleury.

Filip Gustavsson will start Wednesday vs. Winnipeg.

Gustavsson stopped 20 of 21 shots (.952 SV%) in a win over Carolina in his previous start. He has had an up-and-down season as Minnesota's backup posting a 2-4-1 record with a 2.86 GAA and .906 SV%. He takes on the Winnipeg Jets who have won three of their last four contests.

Nico Sturm is day-to-day with an upper-body injury and will not travel with the Sharks on their road trip.

Sturm had been enjoying a strong 2022-23 prior to the announcement Tuesday that he is day-to-day with an upper-body injury, scoring six goals and eight points off 33 SOG through his first 20 games to start the season.

Petersen is expected to start Tuesday vs. the Rangers.

Petersen stopped 26 of 29 shots (.897 SV%) before eventually losing in overtime to Seattle in his previous start. The 28-year-old holds a 5-2-1 record on the season even though he is posting a horrific 3.49 GAA and .880 SV%. He takes on the New York Rangers who rank fifth in the NHL in shots per game (34.6) but 20th in goals per game (2.95).

Yakov Trenin will be a game-time decision Monday vs. Arizona (lower-body).

Trenin last played Nov.15th vs. Minnesota but has missed the last few games due to a lower-body injury. He is a game-time decision Monday vs. Arizona after posting one goal and four points in his first 15 games played this season.
