Fleury will start Thursday in Columbus.

Fleury allowed three goals on 19 shots for his third-straight loss as he was downed by Colorado in his previous start. The second-oldest goaltender in the NHL has been losing starts lately due to his shakey play, as shown by his 16-13-3 record, 2.98 GAA and .901 SV%. He will take on Columbus, who just snapped a two-game winning streak with a 3-2 overtime loss to Arizona.

Jon Merrill did not travel with Minnesota for its upcoming road trip and will miss Thursday (illness).

Merrill missed the Wilds' previous game due to an illness and will now be out for at least Minnesota's next two games as he did not accompany the team on their road trip. The 31-year-old has two goals, eight assists, 36 SOG, 22 PIMs and a -9 plus/minus through 53 games prior to the injury.

Gustavsson will start Tuesday vs. the Kings.

Gustavsson allowed three goals on 26 shots (.885 SV%) for his third win in four games as he beat Nashville in his previous start. The 24-year-old has essentially snaked the Wilds' starting role away from Marc-Andre Fleury, due to his strong 14-8-2 record, 2.16 GAA and .926 SV%. He will take on the Los Angeles Kings, who have won four straight contests after a 6-5 win over Arizona last game.

Gustavsson will start Friday vs. the Stars.

Gustavsson allowed one goal on 34 shots (.971 SV%) but still took the loss in a hard-fought shootout loss to Florida in his last game. The 24-year-old has been a revelation after being acquired in the offseason for Cam Talbot, with his 12-8-1 record, 2.18 GAA and .926 SV%. He takes on the Dallas Stars, who have lost two straight but have the NHLs ninth best powerplay (23.6).

Foligno left Monday's game with a lower-body injury and did not return.

Foligno left Monday's game with a lower-body injury after blocking a shot on the inside of his knee in the second period. Expect an update on Foligno's status prior to Wednesday's game vs. the Avalanche. Sam Steel would draw into the lineup to replace Foligno.

Devin Shore has cleared waivers and has been reassigned to Bakersfield (AHL).

Shore had just three assists, and 17 SOG through 29 games this season with the Oilers and has been returned to Bakersfield (AHL) after clearing waivers Monday. The 28-year-old has 404 career NHL games so will hope to be back up with the Oilers soon.

Gustavsson stopped 27 of 29 shots (.931 SV%) to snap a two-game losing streak as he beat New Jersey in his previous start. The Wilds' backup netminder has been their better of the two goalies by a longshot, with his 12-8-1 record, 2.25 GAA and .923 SV%. He takes on the Florida Panthers, who snapped a three-game winning streak with a 5-3 loss to Colorado in their last game.

Gustavsson allowed four goals on 26 shots (.846 SV%) for his first loss in three games as he was downed by Florida in his previous start. The 24-year-old has broken out in a big way this season, with an impressive 11-7-1 record, .922 SV% and 2.26 GAA. He will take on the Dallas Stars, who just snapped a three-game overtime losing streak with a 3-2 shootout win over Anaheim last game.

Fleury allowed two goals on 31 shots (.935 SV%) for his third win in five starts as Minnesota topped Buffalo in his previous start. The league's second-oldest active netminder will be hoping for better post-all-star break production, as he has a 16-10-3 record, 2.87 GAA and a .905 SV%. He takes on the Arizona Coyotes, who lost their last game 2-1 in overtime to Anaheim and are last in the NHL in shots per game (25.7).

Gustav Nyquist is expected to miss the remainder of the regular season (shoulder).

Nyquist was placed on the injured reserve on Jan. 28th for a should injury he suffered against Edmonton on Jan. 25th and will now miss the remainder of the 2022-23 season as he recovers. Nyquist will be a UFA in the offseason after scoring 10 goals, 12 assists, 97 SOG and a -11 plus/minus through 48 games prior to the injury.
