Allen suffered a groin injury while trying to make a save in Saturday's loss in Toronto. Sam Montembeault will serve as the Canadiens' No.1 until Carey Price is ready to make his season debut.




Siegenthaler broke his hand in Thursday's loss to the Canadiens and will miss the rest of the regular season. Siegenthaler finishes the season with 14 points (1G / 13A, a minus-5 rating and 42 PIMS in 70 games.








Hughes suffered an injury to his left knee during Sunday's game against the Islanders. Following imaging and evaluation of Hughes' knee it was determined that he suffered a low-grade MCL sprain. Given the timing, he will be held out of game action for the rest of the season.


Hughes suffered a lower-body injury in a knee-on-knee collision with Oliver Wahlstrom on Sunday. Hughes was not on the ice for Tuesday's morning skate and the Devils announced he underwent some imaging and an update on his status will come later today. Miles Wood is expected to be back in the lineup to replace Hughes on Tuesday.

MacEwen suffered a head injury in a fight with Wayne Simmonds on Saturday and will miss his second straight game on Tuesday. He is considered day-to-day.
