In 2015-16, Quick won 40 games for the first time in his career and ranks second in the NHL with 76 wins over the last two seasons. During that stretch Quick is also seventh in GAA (2.23) and tied for 17th in SV% (.918). He has been extremely consistent from year-to-year and makes for a safe No.1 fantasy option behind one of the league’s best possession teams. Tonight he faces a Sharks team that he was 0-3-0 with a 4.40 GAA and .845 SV% against last season.

Kreider, 25, posted a career-high 46 points (21G / 25A) in 2014-15 and followed it up with a nearly identical season in 2016-16, posting 21 goals and 22 assists (43 points) in 79 games. Kreider will once again skate in the Rangers’ top-6 this season, with either Derek Stepan and Mika Zibanejad in the middle. Kreider could be in for a breakout season, which includes his first 25-goal, 50-point season.

Miller, 23, was the 15th overall pick in 2011 and his breakout season was long awaited. Miller finally broke through in 2015-16 after posting just 33 points (15G / 18A) in 114 games over his first three seasons. Miller scored 22 goals with 21 assists (43 points) last season and figures to take steps forward as a member of the Rangers’ top-6 in 2016-17.

Trocheck is looking like a third-round steal from the 2011 NHL Draft. The 22-year-old centre is coming off of a huge 25-goal, 28-assist (53 points) season, earning himself a huge extension. He is a key member of a young core in Florida that will be looking to do even more damage in 2016-17. Trocheck should be able to turn in another 25/25 season.

Nash, 27, was a first round pick (21st overall) in 2007 but has yet to develop into a full-time top-6 forward. He had nine goals and 13 assists (22 points) in 64 games with the Hurricanes last season. He enters the 2016-17 season with the Bruins where he will likely serve as their third-line centre.

Ruhwedel, 26, appeared in just one NHL game last year, spending the year with Rochester (AHL), collecting 26 points (10G / 16A) in 59 games. Ruhwedel has just two assists in 33 career NHL games. Expect him to start the 2016-17 season with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL).

Domingue, 24, spent the majority of the 2015-16 season with the Coyotes, where he went 15-18-4 with a 2.75 GAA and .912 SV%. The former fifth round pick also appeared in 13 games with Springfield (AHL) where he was 6-6-1 with a 2.55 GAA and .919 SV%.

Trocheck has missed the Panthers last eight games with an ankle injury, but will travel with the team for Game 3 and could return to the lineup. He may not play on Sunday, but it is a good sign that he is nearing a return and should be back during the first round.

Quick went 9-7-2 in March and April, so he doesn’t come into the playoffs very hot. The 30-year-old has struggled against the Sharks this season, losing each of the three starts while posting an ugly 4.40 GAA and .845 SV% in three regular season meetings. Despite his lack of success vs. the Sharks, the playoffs is where Quick plays best. He has an impressive 45-31 playoff record while posting a 2.22 GAA, .911 SV% and nine shutouts.

Trocheck has missed the last six games and appears to be in danger of missing the start of the playoffs. Trocheck did not skate on Monday and is still wearing a walking boot, so his return does not appear to be imminent. This is a tough break for Trocheck, who had 25 goals and 28 assists (53 points) in 76 games this season.

Quick allowed three goals on 24 shots in the Kings loss in Vancouver on Monday. Quick has lost six of his last eight starts while posting a 2.90 GAA, .896 SV% and one shutout. The 30-year-old has gone 1-3-0 with a 3.62 GAA and .870 SV% in his first starts against Anaheim this season. The Ducks come in having lost three straight.

Carrick, 24, has picked up 15 goals and 18 assists (33 points) in 50 games with the Marlies this season. He has yet to appear in an NHL game this season, but played in 16 last year, scoring one goal with one assist. Expect him to make his season debut tonight vs. the Blue Jackets.

Domingue allowed four goals on 20 shots in the Coyotes loss to the Flames on March 28th. Mike Smith started the last three games, including last night, so Domingue will go tonight in Chicago. The 24-year-old has gone 0-1-1 with a 4.63 GAA and .871 SV% in two starts against the Blackhawks this season.

Harpur, 21, has just one goal and four assists in 44 games with Binghamton. He has been recalled because Marc Methot may not be available for Tuesday’s game.
