The Red Wings will turn to Reimer for the third time in the last four games on Thursday against the New York Islanders. Reimer will start on Tuesday vs. Columbus.

Unsurprisingly, the Red Wings will turn Reimer on Tuesday, partly resulting from Alex Lyon's abysmal netminding lately. Reimer is responsible for the Red Wings' only victory in March, a 4-1 win over the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday when he saved 25 of 26 shots (.962 SV%). The struggling Red Wings enter action as -164 home underdogs against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Unsurprisingly, the Red Wings will likely turn Reimer on Tuesday, partly resulting from Alex Lyon's abysmal netminding lately. Reimer is responsible for the Red Wings' only victory in March, a 4-1 win over the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday when he saved 25 of 26 shots (.962 SV%). Ottawa has acquired Jamieson Rees from Carolina in exchange for their 2024 sixth-round pick.

Rees has appeared in 37 games between Charlotte (AHL) and Springfield (AHL) this season and collected only four assists and 18 PIMs in both stints and has been acquired by Ottawa for a 2024 sixth-round pick on Friday. The 23-year-old left-winger was originally Carolina's 2019 2nd-round pick (44th overall) and will now provide organizational depth for the Senators as the AHL trade deadline closed on Friday.

Jamieson Rees
Reimer will start on Saturday vs. Buffalo.

The reeling Red Wings, losers of seven straight, will turn to Reimer between the pipes on Saturday afternoon against the Buffalo Sabres. Alex Lyon has struggled immensely lately, so a strong outing for Reimer could generate more opportunities for him down the stretch. The 36-year-old Reimer has played well lately, posting a 3-1-0 record and .930 SV% since the start of the new year.

James Reimer
Ullmark will start Thursday in Montreal.

The Bruins suffered a 5-1 loss to the St. Louis Blues on Monday and will switch to Ullmark between the pipes on Thursday. Despite only one victory in his last two starts (1-0-1), Ullmark has been sensational, allowing only three goals on 65 combined shots (.954 SV%). The Bruins enter action as sizeable -206 road favourites against a Montreal Canadiens team that handily defeated 9-4 in January.

Linus Ullmark
Reimer will start on Saturday in Vegas.

Reimer will start the tail-end of a back-to-back for the Red Wings on Saturday, his first start since February 25th. The veteran netminder allowed two goals on 14 shots (.857 SV%) entering Wednesday's 7-2 loss to the Colorado Avalanche in relief of Alex Lyon but has won his last two starts, allowing only two total goals.

James Reimer
Lycksell will be a healthy scratch on Thursday in Florida.

Lycksell has three assists in nine games this season but will head to the press box as the odd-man out of the Flyers' lineup with Travis Konecny (upper body) returning. The 24-year-old Lycksell has yet to score his first career NHL goal despite partaking in 17 games in the previous two seasons.
