Spence has been having a a very strong season with Ontario (AHL) posting just under a point-per-game with a goal and 15 assists and 14 PIMs through 17 games. Spence played in 24 games with Los Angeles in 2021-22 and had two goals and six assists with 41 SOG.

Ullmark had made 28 of 30 stops (.933 SV%) before leaving Friday's game vs. Carolina with an upper-body injury. The Bruins will hope this is short term as Ullmark has been having a great season, leading all goaltenders in wins (13), GAA (1.96) and SV% (.935 SV%)

MacDermid had to leave the Avalanche's game Saturday vs. Carolina after just two shifts and 1:13 TOI due to a lower-body injury and will now miss anywhere from 4-6 weeks it was announced Monday. The bruising defenseman had one assist and 14 PIMs through eight games so far this season prior to going down with the injury.
