Anderson will start Saturday in Boston.

Anderson allowed four goals on 38 shots in the Senators loss to the Islanders on Tuesday. Anders Nilsson started Thursday but the Senators will continue their goalie rotation tonight in Boston. Anderson is 0-10-1 with a 3.69 GAA and .890 SV% in his last 12 appearances. He is a terrible option against a Bruins team that has not lost in regulation in their last 18 games, going 14-0-4 while averaging 3.22 goals for per game.

Anderson will start Tuesday against the Islanders.

Anderson allowed five goals on 34 shots in the Senators loss in Tampa Bay last Friday. Anderson has not recorded a win since December 17th, going 0-10-0 with a 3.69 GAA and .889 SV% in his last 11 appearances. With the worst team in the NHL playing in front of him, Anderson should not be owned in any formats right now.

Ullmark starts Monday vs. the Oilers.

Ullmark gave up four goals on 31 shots in the Sabres loss in Toronto on Saturday. Ullmark started each of the last two games with Carter Hutton being a little nicked up and will make his third consecutive stat tonight vs. the Oilers. Edmonton comes into Monday’s game having gone 4-1-1 in their last six contests.

The Avalanche have acquired Derick Brassard from the Panthers for a third-round draft pick.

The Panthers are in Colorado tonight so Brassard will likely walk down the hall and face his former team. The Avalanche are looking for some help offensively and adding Brassard to their middle-6 should help. The 31-year-old centre has had an off-year, scoring just 10 goals with nine assists (19 points) in 50 games with the Penguins and Panthers.

The Capitals have signed Nick Jensen to a four-year extension worth $10.0 million ($2.5M AAV).

The Capitals acquired Jensen from the Red Wings on Friday afternoon and wasted no time signing the 28-year-old to an extension. Jensen carried a +1.1 CF% rel in 60 games with the Red Wings this season, picking up two goals and 13 assists (15 points) along the way.
