Brassard was originally listed as questionable for tonight’s game, but he hopped on the ice for the Senators morning skate and will play against Chicago. Brassard has played well recently, picking up four goals and five assists (nine points) in his last nine games.

The Senators have been terrible this season and their power-play sits at 25th in the NHL (15.9%). Chabot is a gifted young offensive-defenseman and after changing their power-play coach, Chabot becomes the quarterback of the top unit with Erik Karlsson on his left and Mark Stone on his right.

Anderson missed Friday’s practice with an illness and may not be available for tomorrow’s game. If he can’t play, Mike Condon will start and a goalie will be recalled from Belleville (AHL).
Hamonic suffered the lower-body injury on Wednesday and was already ruled out for Friday’s game. With Hamonic out, the Flames have recalled Rasmus Andersson from Stockton (AHL) and Matt Bartkowski will likely play tonight.
