Kolyachonok had a goal and four points in five total games played in 2023-24 with Arizona and signed a two-year contract extension on Monday. The 23-year-old was originally drafted by Florida in 2019 in the 2nd round (52nd overall) and has seven points in 39 total NHL games played across three seasons.

Pittsburgh completed its third signing of the day on Tuesday by announcing that they have extended defensemen Jack St. Ivany to a three-year, $2.325 million contract extension ($775,000 AAV). With Devon Toews (illness) returning from injury for Game 5, Caleb Jones will be a healthy scratch on Wednesday. The 26-year-old has appeared in three games for the Avalanche in the playoffs but has yet to pick up a point to go along with his six PIMs and +1 plus/minus.


Wotherspoon was a healthy scratch for Game 3 but will draw back into Boston's lineup for Game 4 on Sunday vs. Florida. The 26-year-old has appeared in seven games so far in the playoffs and has an assist, eight SOG and four PIMs while averaging 16:54 TOI.

Dewar has picked up one assist in three games to open the series but will come out of the lineup with William Nylander expected to make his series debut. Nicholas Robertson will move down to the fourth line to replace Dewar next to David Kampf and Ryan Reaves.

Jones will take a seat on Friday after playing in each of the first two games of the series. His absence makes way for the return of Samuel Girard (concussion).

Mantha missed the final two games of the regular season but will play in Game 1 in Dallas. Mantha, who tallied 10 points (3G / 7A) in 18 games after being traded to Vegas, is expected to skate on the third line with Willam Karlsson.
