Nutivaara has missed the last 12 games with an upper-body injury but will play tonight in Columbus. Nutivaara will replace Kevin Connauton in the lineup and re-enters with three assists in seven games this season.

After sitting as a healthy scratch for three straight games, the $9.0 million dollar man will re-enter the lineup on Saturday afternoon. Skinner will replace Jack Eichel in the lineup but is expected to remain in a bottom-6 role.

Skinner didn't even take part in the Sabres morning skate, instead, he skated with the taxi squad and will be scratched for a third straight game. It looks like there may be no coming back for Skinner, who is in the second year of an eight-year deal that pays him $9.0M per season.

Carlsson was hurt last Friday in Carolina and will miss at least 10 days with a strained groin. Luckily for the Blackhawks, it looks like they'll get Connor Murphy back on the blueline for Tuesday's game in Columbus.

Thornton has been ruled out for Monday's game vs. the Flames but it's unclear who will replace him on the top-line with Auston Matthews and Mitch Marner. Expect one of Travis Boyd, Jimmy Vesey or Ilya Mikheyev to take his spot but that will not be revealed until warmups.

The Flyers will return to the ice for the first time in 10 days after a COVID-19 outbreak but will do so without six regulars. Lindblom, Claude Giroux, Jakub Voracek, Travis Konecny, Justin Braun and Scott Laughton will all miss Tuesday's game against the Rangers.
