Skinner will draw back into the Sabres lineup on Saturday.

After sitting as a healthy scratch for three straight games, the $9.0 million dollar man will re-enter the lineup on Saturday afternoon. Skinner will replace Jack Eichel in the lineup but is expected to remain in a bottom-6 role.

Skinner will be a healthy scratch for a third straight game.

Skinner didn't even take part in the Sabres morning skate, instead, he skated with the taxi squad and will be scratched for a third straight game. It looks like there may be no coming back for Skinner, who is in the second year of an eight-year deal that pays him $9.0M per season.

Thornton is day-to-day with an undisclosed injury; will not play on Monday.

Thornton has been ruled out for Monday's game vs. the Flames but it's unclear who will replace him on the top-line with Auston Matthews and Mitch Marner. Expect one of Travis Boyd, Jimmy Vesey or Ilya Mikheyev to take his spot but that will not be revealed until warmups.
