He has been out week-to-week and has been a massive loss for Toronto as their starter had enjoyed an excellent start to his Maple Leaf career going 6-2-0 with a 2.23 GAA and .921 SV%.
Comrie had to leave halfway through the Sabres' game Wednesday vs. Ottawa with a knee injury after stopping 22 of 24 shots (.917 SV%). It was announced Friday that the Sabres' starter had an MRI on his need which showed some issues so he will be out week-to-week in the meantime. The 27-year-old has struggled this season with a 4-7-0 record, .887 SV% and 3.62 GAA.

It is a tough loss for Toronto's starter who has enjoyed a very solid start to his Maple Leaf career going 6-2-0 with a 2.23 GAA and .921 SV%.
Comrie allowed four goals on 29 shots (.862 SV%) in his last start, losing to Tampa Bay on the road 5-3. It is a revenge game for Comrie who has posted a 4-4-0 record alongside a .894 SV% and 3.38 GAA with Buffalo after being acquired by Winnipeg in the offseason. He was a member of Arizona in 2019 before being placed on waivers without seeing any NHL action. He takes on the struggling Coyotes Tuesday who rank last in the NHL in SOG/GP with only 23.4.
Orlov was listed as a game-time decision after picking up a lower-body injury in Saturday's game. The Capitals will be really shorthanded on the back-end with both Orlov and John Carlson unavailable.
