Larsson hasn’t played since January 23rd. He has six points in 40 games for the Oilers this season. After practice head coach Todd McLellan said there is no timetable for Larsson’s return.

McCormick was a healthy scratch in Toronto on Saturday, but will return tonight in Pittsburgh. McCormick will replace Fredrik Claesson in the lineup as the Senators go back to 12 forwards and six defensemen. McCormick has just one goal in five games while averaging just 5:47 TOI with the Senators.

The 23-year-old has not been nearly as good on the road as he has on home ice. Luckily for him he catches the Stars on the tail-end of a back-to-back, but they’ve been one of the best home teams in the NHL this season.
