Montour has not played the past couple of games for Seattle and has undergone surgery to address a hand injury that will keep him sidelined for approximately the next month. The 31-year-old Montour is averaging 21:56 time-on-ice and has 16 points (6G / 10A) in 27 games this season.

The Kraken will hand the reigns to Daccord for the 21st time this season when they host the Stars on Thursday. Daccord's last start came on Sunday and he was unfortunate to be tagged with the loss despite allowing just two goals on 22 shots, as the Kraken fell to the Sabres by a score of 3-1. The 29-year-old netminder carries an 8-8-4 record and .893 SV% into Thursday night's matchup, where the Kraken enter action at +175 on the money line.

Montour (undisclosed) is being further evaluated and is not expected to play vs. Calgary on Thursday.

Montour exited Tuesday's 5-3 loss to the Colorado Avalanche in the second period after only 11:46 time-on-ice. The 31-year-old defenseman is averaging 21:56 time-on-ice and has 16 points (6G / 10A) in 27 games. He is not expected to play on Thursday against the Calgary Flames and his status going forward remains uncertain as he awaits further evaluations.

Dunn has continued to be a productive presence from Seattle's blueline, regularly quarterbacking their top powerplay unit. The 29-year-old defenseman has 18 points (5G / 13A) in 30 games this season, including six points (2G / 4A) in his last eight games.

Kakko (illness) missed practice on Monday and is expected to play on Tuesday vs. Colorado.

Kakko was acquired by Seattle in the offseason and has not panned out the way they had hoped. The 24-year-old second-overall pick from the 2019 NHL Entry Draft has yet to live up to his draft value and has seemingly taken a step back with the Kraken, scoring three points (1G / 2A) in 14 games this season.

Douglas will draw back into Tampa Bay's lineup vs. Florida on Monday.

Gage Goncalves and Dominic James will serve as healthy scratches on Monday against the Florida Panthers, allowing Curtis Douglas and Scott Sabourin to re-enter the lineup. The 25-year-old Douglas, in his first NHL season, is averaging 5:53 time-on-ice and has two assists in 24 games.
