McMann missed the Maple Leafs' previous game due to an undisclosed injury but was activated off the Injured Reserve Monday and is expected to be in the lineup Monday vs. the New York Islanders. McMann has been dealing with a nagging injury and will be out of the lineup for at least a week after being placed on injured reserve. The 27-year-old McMann has three points (1G / 2A) in his last seven games while averaging less than 10 minutes per night. He is being assessed and should have a more concrete timeline in the upcoming days.

Hayden played two games with Seattle over the past two weeks, being held off the scoresheet while averaging under seven minutes on the ice. Hayden has spent most of the 2023-24 campaign in the AHL, scoring four goals with six assists (10 points) in 33 games.
