Paul underwent surgery in mid September to address an upper-body injury and appears nearly ready to draw into the lineup for his season debut. The 30-year-old Paul had 22 goals, 41 points and 141 SOG in 76 games played last season.

Sissons suffered an undisclosed injury in Sunday's 2-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning, exiting the contest after only 7:15 time-on-ice. He did not play on Tuesday and remains day-to-day. The 31-year-old is averaging 11:06 time-on-ice and has one assist through his first nine games with the Golden Knights.
Blankenburg will draw back into Nashville's lineup in Philadelphia on Thursday.
Blankenburg made his season debut for Nashville on October 18th, recording a +1 plus/minus in 12:04 time-on-ice, but has been sidelined since. The 27-year-old Blankenburg played a career-high 60 games with Nashville last season and recorded 16 points (4G / 12A). He draws into the lineup for an injured Adam Wilsby (lower body).
Nylander (lower-body) is out vs. Columbus on Wednesday.
Nylander has been battling a nagging injury the last week, being in and out of the lineup, and will sit again on Wednesday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The 29-year-old Nylander played last night and record an assist in a 4-3 win over the Calgary Flames. He has 15 points (3G / 12A) in nine games this season. Sammy Blais will draw into the lineup, filling in for Nylander.

Despite splitting starts, Merzlikins has been sensational in 2025-26, with his 3-1-0 record, .915 SV% and 2.96 GAA. He will host the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday, who will be looking for a third straight win after their 4-3 victory over Calgary the night before.
