Tanev missed Tuesday's game vs. the Senators and Wednesday's practice but remains a game-time decision tonight in Buffalo. Tanev would likely replace Sam Lafferty on the fourth line with Teddy Blueger and Evan Rodrigues.

Tanev is battling an illness so he will be replaced by Anthony Angello tonight vs. the Senators. Angello will likely suit up on the fourth line with Teddy Blueger and Evan Rodrigues.

Marino will return after an 11-game absence with broken bones in his cheek but will suit up tonight vs. the Senators. Marino has been one of the biggest surprises in the NHL this season, posting 25 points (5G / 20A) in 51 games.

Marino has missed the last 11 games after breaking bones in his cheek on February 6th. Marino skated on the second pair and second power-play unit in Monday's practice and could be back in the lineup on Tuesday.

The Oilers will get Yamamoto back much earlier than his original 2-to-3 week timetable. Yamamoto missed just three games with an ankle injury but will be back on a line with Leon Draisaitl and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins.

Yamamoto was surprisingly in practice on Friday and was listed as a game-time decision, but head coach Dave Tippet said that he won’t play vs. the Jets. Look for him to be back in the lineup Monday in Nashville.

This is a huge blow for the Oilers, who loaded up at the deadline on Monday. Since Yamamoto came up from the AHL, the trio of Draisaitl, Nugent-Hopkins and Yamamoto have been red-hot. Yamamoto had 18 points (7G / 11A) in his last 16 games but will likely miss at least a couple of weeks. The newly acquired Tyler Ennis could be a replacement for Yamamoto.

Trocheck was acquired from the Panthers on Monday and will draw right into Erik Haula's spot on Tuesday. Trocheck, who has 36 points (10G / 26A) in 55 games this season, will have Nino Niederreiter and Martin Necas on his wings in his debut. He'll likely see PP2 time as well.

Carolina will hope Trocheck can regain some of the elite form he flashed in the 2017-18 season, when he racked up a career high 75 points (31G/44A). Trocheck hasn't quite looked like himself since suffering a fractured ankle in November 2018. The 26-year-old has 10 goals and 26 assists through 55 games this season.
