The Maple Leafs have acquired Michael Carcone from the Canucks for Josh Leivo.
Carcone, 22, was an undrafted free agent who was in his third season with Utica (AHL). Carcone was fourth among Comets in points, picking up 17 points (6G / 11A) in 20 games this season. He will report to the Toronto Marlies (AHL), clearing a roster spot for William Nylander.

The Lightning have sent Connor Ingram to Syracuse (AHL).
The Lightning recalled Connor Ingram from Syracuse (AHL).
Ingram, 21, was a third-round pick in 2016 and has gone 7-3-0 with a 2.52 GAA and .918 SV% in 10 games with the Crunch. Ingram comes up so that he can backup Louis Domingue while Ed Pasquale heads back down to get some games in.
Valimaki is week-to-week with a lower-body injury.
Valimaki missed Sunday’s game in Arizona and is expected to miss at least a couple of weeks with a lower-body injury. With Valimaki and Michael Stone out, Oliver Kylington is expected to remain in the Flames lineup moving forward.

Schmaltz will make his Coyotes debut on Tuesday.
Schmaltz was traded to Arizona on Sunday night and will make his debut in Minnesota on Tuesday. Schmaltz, who broke out in 2017-18 has just 11 points (2G / 9A) in 23 games this season. The 22-year-old is expected to take on a much larger role in Arizona, starting tonight when he skates on the top line with Alex Galchenyuk and Clayton Keller.
The Coyotes have acquired Nick Schmaltz from the Blackhawks for Dylan Strome and Brendan Perlini.

Schmidt has served his 20 game suspension and is eligible to play in Edmonton on Sunday.
