Teemu to play “at least another year”

According to Curtis Zupke of The OC Register, veteran right wing Teemu Selanne will return to the Ducks for at least another year if they do not choose to rebuild.

With the acquisitions of Toni Lydman and the re-signing of Saku Koivu, the Finnish Selanne will have a very comfortable unit centered around him.   Last season, skilled forwards like Dan Sexton,Jason Blake,  Joffrey Lupul and Bobby Ryan played the other side of the 40-year-old as he managed to score 27 goals in only 54 games.  He continues to prove every season that he still is the talented sniper that netted 76 back in his rookie season.

If you need a depth right wing, take a gamble on Selanne for the right price.  A secondary scorer who scores goals at a primary clip is invaluable to any fantasy team.
