Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews is expected to be back in the lineup on Monday night when the Hawks host the LA Kings. Toews has been sidelined since October 21 because of the concussion that resulted from Willie Mitchell‘s crushing hit. At practice Sunday  Toews was centering a line with Dustin Byfuglien and Patrick Sharp, a meaning he should be in the lineup on Monday night. The Hawks went 3-2-1 without Toews.

Ben Eager also could play Monday after missing 13 games with a concussion. He skated on a line with Colin Fraser and Andrew Ebbett.

The Hawks may be without center David Bolland for some time.  He did not practice Sunday and did not play in Friday’s game due to back problems that have been bothering him all season long.
