If my first post did not interest you in Scotiabank’s NHL Debit/VISA cards this entry is sure to get you fired up about getting your hands on one of these beauties.
Are you sick and tired of spending your hard earned money to sit in the nosebleeds? Well, Scotiabank’s NHL Debit and VISA cards give you the chance to win a VIP hockey experience. What is a VIP hockey experience you ask? It’s called the Scotiabank Hockey Adventure of a Lifetime. I’ll let the video below explain.
Pretty sweet eh? Every purchase you make with your Scotiabank Debit and VISA cards earns you entries into a draw to win an experience just like Adam’s! (Click HERE for all Hockey Adventure of a Lifetime details)
While the VIP experience would be something you would tell your friends and family about forever, Scotiabank also offers loads of other great NHL prizes.
The Grand Prizes include 2014 Molson Canadian NHL Face-off tickets (date and location of game to be determined by the NHL Entities) and 2014 Stanley Cup Final tickets– who knows, it could be your team!
I have been fortunate enough to attend a number of Detroit Red Wings’ playoff games over their 22-year playoff streak, but with the fashion in which they made it for the 23rd straight year, this year’s playoff tickets would have been something I would have loved to get my hands on. A first or second round matchup is one thing but Scotiabank is giving all of its cardholders a chance at Stanley Cup Finals tickets simply by using our debit cards.
However, Scotiabank does not stop there. Every month they give away five pairs of tickets to see the team of the winner’s choice, along with 25 people winning NHL GameCenter LIVE subscriptions and 50 separate $50 NHL Store gift cards.
You know you are going to use your debit card on a regular basis. So why not get your mits on a card that may win you incredible NHL prizes. There are 80 prizes to be given out each month, so do not waste any more time and head to your local Scotiabank to ask about their NHL Debit and VISA cards today.

My dream “Hockey Adventure of a Lifetime” would be to sit through a Red Wings morning skate and then be able to have a lengthy sit-down chat with head coach Mike Babcock and GM Ken Holland. Pick their brains, because they are two of the most knowledgeable hockey minds around.
Following a great hockey discussion with those beauties, I would have lunch with a few of my all-time favourite Red Wings. Stevie Y is busy with the Tampa Bay Lightning and current Red Wings would have a game later that night, so I’m cool with Nicklas Lidstrom, Tomas Holmstrom and the Grind Line (Kris Draper, Kirk Maltby and Darren McCarty). What a group of guys. Hearing stories of winning multiple Stanley Cups and battles with the Colorado Avalanche would be awesome.
Finally, puck-drop is nearing; I head to the Red Wings store to pick out a fresh Tomas Tatar #21 jersey. Love the kid’s heart, work ethic and skill. I head down to the Olympia Room (member’s club at the Joe) for a couple of adult beverages, before claiming my front-row seats for Stanley Cup Playoff action.
Now that is what I call a Hockey Adventure of a Lifetime.
