Shesterkin has a decent 2.83 GAA and .908 SV% through 16 games (10-6-0) but has quietly been outperformed by veteran backup Jonathan Quick. Shesterkin has allowed nine goals on his last 64 shots (.859 SV%) and he struggled to showcase the elite form he has possessed in previous seasons. That said, the Rangers have still been able to string together a terrific season and are -166 home favourites against a Toronto Maple Leafs team that lost 4-3 in overtime last night to the New York Islanders.

After consecutive poor performances led him to serve as the backup for three straight games, Korpisalo rebounded on Saturday, saving 30 of 31 shots (.968 SV%) in a 5-1 win over the Detroit Red Wings and will look to build on that performance as the starter on Tuesday. Korpisalo has strung together stretches of solid play this season, but is still showcasing a less-than-ideal 3.22 GAA and .903 SV% through 14 games (6-6-0). The Senators have won three of their last four (3-1-0) but are +117 home underdogs against the Carolina Hurricanes, who have lost four straight, being outscored 15-7.

Over his last two games, Kochetkov has allowed six goals on 33 shots (.818 SV%) as the Hurricanes are in the middle of a season-worst four-game losing skid (0-4-0). Partly due to the Hurricanes' elite shot suppression and defensive style, no goalie has been able to put up elite numbers between the crease, as visible by Kochetkov's 3.12 GAA and .873 SV% in 12 games (4-6-1-). That said, the Hurricanes will need a strong performance from Kochetkov as he faces off against an Ottawa Senators team that has won three of their last four (3-1-0), outscoring their opposition 16-6.

Kunin has missed the Sharks last five games due to an upper-body injury and has been activated off the Injured Reserve but is not expected to return to the lineup until Friday. The 26-year-old forward has been enjoying a solid second season in San Jose, with five goals, two assists, 40 SOG, 27 PIMs and a -11 plus/minus in 23 games prior to his injury.

Moverare had five assists, six PIMs and a +1 plus/minus in 16 games played with Ontario (AHL) to start the season but will make his season debut with the Los Angeles Kings Wednesday as he replaces Vladislav Gavrikov. The 25-year-old defensemen appeared in two games for the Kings in 2022-23, failing to pick up a point.

Calgary is on the second half of a tough 6-5 loss to Colorado Monday and will go with Dustin Wolf after Dan Vladar took the crease the night before. Wolf has had an up-and-down first four games to start 2023-24, with a 1-2-0 record, .900 SV% and 3.04 GAA. The rookie netminder draws the tough task of hosting Vegas Tuesday, who has won three straight and is tenth in the NHL in both goals for per game (3.31) and shots per game (32.2).

Kaliyev missed the Kings' practice Tuesday and will be a game-time decision Wednesday vs. Winnipeg as he deals with an illness. The 22-year-old right-winger has enjoyed a solid start to his 2023-24 season, with six goals, 12 points, 10 PIMs, 47 SOG and a +7 plus/minus in 23 games played.

Gavrikov left the Kings' previous game Sunday after just 6:36 TOI due to a lower-body injury and will miss Wednesday vs. Winnipeg as he is considered day-to-day. The 28-year-old defensemen is having one of the strongest offensive seasons of his seven year career, with three goals, six assists, 29 SOG, six PIMs and a +8 plus/minus in 25 games prior to his injury.

Glass was a healthy scratch for the Predators' previous game but will draw back into the lineup Tuesday as he replaces Philip Tomasino on Nashville's fourth line. The 24-year-old centre has struggled offensively thus far in 2023-24, with no goals, one assist, 18 SOG, two PIMs and a -4 plus/minus in 10 games played.

Mahura has not played since November 16th and will have to wait a little longer, despite being cleared from a lower-body injury, as he will not return to the lineup on Tuesday. Mahura was a regular in the lineup before Brandon Montour and Aaron Ekblad returned from injuries and will likely have a tough time drawing back in as long as their defensive core is healthy.

Coronato played most of the opening month with the Flames, tallying two points (1G / 1A) in 10 games, but has since fallen out of favour, playing his first game in over a month on Saturday. He has since been reassigned to the Calgary Wranglers (AHL), where he has 18 points (8G / 10A) in 14 games this season.

DeSimone has been recalled from the Calgary Wranglers of the AHL as Chris Tanev will be unavailable to play due to an undisclosed injury. DeSimone has played eight games this season, averaging 12:50 time-on-ice, tallying four points (0G / 4A), six blocks, and six hits.

Brossoit was excellent in his last start just over a week ago, saving 42 of 43 shots (.977 SV%) in a 2-1 victory over the Carolina Hurricanes and will likely return to the crease on Tuesday. Brossoit has had an up-and-down season, posting a 2.65 GAA and .903 SV% through six games (3-2-1), but will have a favourable matchup as the Jets are -200 road favourites against a San Jose Sharks team that scored five or more goals in four straight games (2-1-1).

Bobrovsky will start for the third time in the last four games and search for his fifth straight victory on Tuesday. During his four-game winning streak, Bobrovsky has allowed more than one goal only once and has a .941 SV%. Bobrovsky and the Panthers are -160 road favourites against a Seattle Kraken team that is reeling, losing eight straight (0-6-2) and being held to three goals or fewer in each contest.

Samorukov cleared waivers Tuesday and will return to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL) after not appearing in any games for the Penguins during his call up. Pittsburgh signed Samorukov to a one-year, $775,000 contract three weeks ago and he has a goal, five points and four PIMs in 15 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this season.

Katchouk had two goals, two assists, 23 SOG, and four PIMs in 17 games with Chicago this season but will report to Rockford (AHL) after clearing waivers Tuesday. The 25-year-old left-winger will return to the AHL for the first time since 2021-22 when he played three games for the Syracuse Crunch (AHL).

Logan Stanley will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday, allowing Schmidt to return to the lineup for the first time since November 30th. Schmidt is expected to skate on the third defensive pair alongside Dylan Samberg.

Johnson will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday, allowing Ryan Donato (illness) to make his return after a two-game absence. Johnson has two points (2G / 0A) while averaging 11:45 time-on-ice through 17 games with the Blackhawks this season.
