Ty Dellandrea will draw back into the Golden Knights' lineup on Wednesday vs. Vegas.

Dellandrea has been a healthy scratch for the Stars' previous two games but will draw back into the lineup for Craig Smith on Wednesday vs. Vegas. The 23-year-old has struggled this season with zero goals, one assist, 11 SOG, two PIMs and a -1 plus/minus while averaging 12:29 TOI.

Ty Dellandrea
Thomas Harley (upper body) is on the ice for warmups and is expected to play Wednesday vs. Vegas.

Harley has not played since November 12, when he exited the game with an upper-body injury, and will be back in the Stars lineup on Wednesday against the Vegas Golden Knight. In 14 games, Harley has five points (3G / 2A) and will replace Joel Hanley in the lineup if he can play.

Hill will start in Dallas on Wednesday.

The Golden Knights have made a habit of rotating their two star goalies this season, but it will be Hill getting a second consecutive start in Dallas on Wednesday. Hill has enjoyed a phenomenal start to the 2023-24 season, registering a .929 SV% and a 2.07 GAA to go along with his 8-2-1 record. Hill was stellar against the Penguins in a losing effort on Sunday, stopping 30 of the 32 shots he faced in the 3-0 defeat. He draws a difficult assignment tonight with the Golden Knights being rare underdogs at +110 in Dallas.

The Flames announced Zary is day-to-day with a lower-body injury.

Zary has been a pleasant surprise this season for the Flames as the 22-year-old 2020 first-round pick (24th overall) has three goals, eight points, and 14 SOG in nine games but will miss Wednesday as he deals with a lower-body injury.

Connor Zary
Saros will start against the Flames on Wednesday.

Saros is coming off his first victory in November thanks to heroics from his Predators teammates, who scored two goals in the final minute to overcome a 3-2 deficit and win 4-3 over the Colorado Avalanche. Through 14 games this season, Saros remarkably only has two quality starts (.357) after registering at least a .618 quality start rate in his four previous seasons. This string of poor play is unfamiliar territory for the perennial Vezina-finalist. The Predators hope his most recent victory can help jump-start Saros back into the netminder he has proven himself to be over the past half-decade. Saros and the Predators are slight -103 home underdogs against a Calgary Flames team that has scored four or more goals in three straight (2-0-1).

Juuse Saros
Markstrom will start in Nashville on Wednesday.

Despite an up-and-down season for the season for the Flames, Markstrom has quietly improved on a poor 2022-23 campaign. Markstrom has helped the Flames record at least a point in each of his last four starts (3-0-1), saving 99 of 108 shots in the process (.917 SV%). The Flames are slight -109 road favourites against a Nashville Predators team that won two straight but lost 4-2 to the Flames on November 7th when Markstrom saved 16 of 18 shots (.889 SV%), leading his team to a 4-2 victory.

Jacob Markstrom
Hellebuyck will start in Tampa Bay on Wednesday.

The Jets have won six of their last seven (6-1-0) due largely to Hellebuyck elevating his game recently. Still a far cry from his career-average .916 SV%, Hellebuyck has a .906 SV% in his last five games (4-1-0) after posting only a .891 SV% in his first eight contests this season (4-3-1). The Jets are slight -109 road favourites on Wednesday against a Tampa Bay Lightning team that, despite winning three straight, has allowed four or more goals in six consecutive contests (3-3-0).

Connor Hellebuyck
Raanta will start against the Oilers on Wednesday.

Raanta has won four of his last five starts (4-1-0), most recently a 26-save performance (.929 SV%) in a 4-2 victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins, and will start for the second consecutive game when the Hurricanes host the Edmonton Oilers. Raanta has seen a slight edge in playing time over Pyotr Kochetkov since Frederik Andersen was placed on injured reserve, a trend that will likely continue if the veteran goaltender continues to collect victories. The Hurricanes are -140 home favourites against an Oilers team that has lost two straight (0-2-0) but has scored three or more goals in five consecutive outings (3-2-0).

Antti Raanta
Johansson will start against the Jets on Wednesday.

Johansson has been abysmal lately, but due to a lack of options between the pipes for the Lightning and his ability to still secure victories will likely start again on Wednesday. Johansson has allowed four or more goals in eight of his last nine outings, posting a wretched .867 SV%, but has still salvaged a winning 4-3-2 record. Tampa Bay has even -105 betting odds on Wednesday against the Winnipeg Jets, who have been scoring at an impressive clip, tallying at least five goals in five of their last seven games (6-1-0).

Jonas Johansson
Vanecek will start in Detroit on Wednesday.

The Devils will turn to Vanecek in Detroit on Wednesday for the third consecutive game. Vanecek allowed four goals on 34 shots enroute to a 5-3 defeat to the Rangers on Saturday. Vanecek has been inconsistent at best this season, but backup Akira Schmid's struggles have allowed Vanecek to retain a firm grip on the starting job. The 28-year-old netminder owns a 7-4-0 record on the season along with an .889 SV% and a 3.38 GAA. He draws a favourable matchup on Wednesday with the Devils being -160 road favourites over the Red Wings.

Vitek Vanecek
Levi will start in Washington on Wednesday.

The Sabres currently have a three-headed goalie carousel as Levi, Eric Comrie, and Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen have each started a contest in the last week. Levi started the season as the favourite in between the pipes for the Sabres, but the team has opted to rotate starts since Levi has had difficulties acclimating to the NHL, posting a 3.65 GAA and .881 SV% through seven games (3-4-0). The Sabres are slight +111 road underdogs against a Washington Capitals team that has won four straight but will be starting Darcy Kuemper, who has not played since November 8th and has allowed three or more goals in five of his last seven appearances (2-3-2).

Devon Levi
Quick will start in Pittsburgh on Wednesday.

Igor Shesterkin has struggled in two games (1-1-0) since returning from a lower-body injury, allowing seven goals on 67 shots (.896 SV%), so the Rangers will turn to their veteran backup Quick Wednesday against their division rivals, the Pittsburgh Penguins. Quick has proved skeptics wrong early this season, posting a 1.98 GAA and .928 SV% through six appearances (4-0-1), numbers that rival the best posted in any single season over his 17-year career. It is unlikely that Quick maintains these gaudy totals, but the Rangers, who have points in 11 of their last 12 games (10-1-1), are facing a Penguins team that will be without two of their top-six forwards, Rickard Rakell (upper-body) and Bryan Rust (lower-body).
