Alexander Barabanov's 2022-23 season is expected to be over due to a lower-body injury.

Barabanov has been out since March 25th with a lower-body injury and now his season is "likely over" according to head coach David Quinn. It is an unfortunate injury since the 28-year-old was having his best NHL season to date, with 15 goals, 32 assists, 120 SOG, 20 PIMs and a -30 plus/minus through 68 games played before his injury.

Daniel Gushchin has been recalled from the San Jose Barracuda (AHL) and is expected to suit up Tuesday.

Gushchin had 17 goals, 20 assists, 24 PIMs and a -18 plus/minus through 62 games with the San Jose Barracuda (AHL) and has been recalled to the Sharks on Tuesday with expectations to jump immediately into the lineup. The 21-year-old has a goal in one game played previously this season with the Sharks.

Oskar Lindblom will remain out Tuesday vs. Colorado (upper-body).

Lindblom missed the Sharks' previous game with an upper-body injury and was expected to return against Colorado Tuesday, but will now not play as he misses his second game in a row. The 26-year-old had six goals, nine assists, 75 SOG, 18 PIMs and a -16 plus/minus through 73 games this season.

Scandella left the Blues' previous game after just 10:28 TOI due to a lower-body injury and will be a game-time decision Tuesday vs. Philadelphia. The 33-year-old had a goal, two points, 17 SOG, six PIMs and a +2 plus/minus through 20 games before the injury.

Thomas has missed the Blues' previous three games due to an upper-body injury and will be a game-time decision Tuesday vs. Philadelphia. The 23-year-old has 17 goals, 46 assists, 101 SOG, 22 PIMs and a -6 plus/minus through 70 games played before his injury.

Roslovic missed the Blue Jackets' previous two contests with an upper-body injury but is expected to draw back into the lineup Tuesday vs. Toronto. The 26-year-old has 10 goals, 33 assists, 114 SOG, 10 PIMs and a -9 plus/minus through 71 games before his injury.

Michael Stone will be out of the Flames' lineup Tuesday vs. Chicago as a healthy scratch.

Stone has six goals, five assists, 88 SOG, 35 PIMs and a +3 plus/minus through 47 games this season but will be a healthy scratch Tuesday vs. Chicago. The 32-year-old will be replaced by Chris Tanev (upper-body) in the Flames' lineup.

Tanev missed the Flames' previous six games due to an upper-body injury and will return to Calgary's lineup Tuesday vs. Chicago. The 33-year-old has a goal, 12 assists, 65 SOG, 17 PIMs and a +5 plus/minus through 61 games played prior to the injury.

Joseph was tangled up with Tim Stutzle in the morning skate and left early. The Senators have a couple of game-time decisions tonight, and Joseph is believed to be one of them. The 26-year-old has three goals, 15 assists, 58 SOG, 36 PIMs and a +4 plus/minus through 51 games this season.

The Senators announced that they have two or three game-time decisions on Tuesday but did not disclose who those players were. Tkachuk appeared to be banged up in their last game and left the morning skate early, so Tkachuk may be one of the players in question this evening.

Markstrom was pulled after allowing two goals on nine shots (.778 SV%) in the first period of the Flames' last game but the 33-year-old is still on a three-game winning streak regardless of the last start. He will face the Chicago Blackhawks, who are in the midst of an eight-game losing skid and are last in the NHL in goals per game (2.42).

He will face the New Jersey Devils, who have lost four of their last six games but are fifth in the NHL in shots on goal (34.5).

Binnington allowed three goals on 31 shots (.903 SV%) to snap a two-game winning streak as he was handed the loss by Boston in overtime in his previous start. The 29-year-old has had a year to forget in 2022-23, with his 25-25-6 record, 3.39 GAA and .891 SV%. He will take on the Philadelphia Flyers, who are in the midst of a three-game losing streak and are 29th in the NHL in goals per game (2.7).
