Hellebuyck stopped 31 of 32 shots (.969 SV%) for his second-straight win as he beat the New Jersey Devils in his previous start. The 29-year-old has had an incredibly solid season as he tries to propel the Jets' into the playoffs, with his 34-24-2 record, 2.56 GAA and .918 SV%. He takes on the Calgary Flames, who had a four-game winning streak snapped by a 4-3 loss to Chicago on Wednesday.

Markstrom allowed four goals on 23 shots (.826 SV%) for his second-straight loss as he was beaten by the Chicago Blackhawks on Tuesday. The 33-year-old has had a horrific 2022-23 season, with his 22-21-10 record, 3.00 GAA and .889 SV%. He takes on the Winnipeg Jets in a battle for the final playoff spot, who has won their last two games and are 21st in the NHL in both shots per game (30.4) and goals per game (3.01).

Pavel Buchnevich is expected to return to the Blues' lineup Thursday (upper-body).

Buchnevich missed the Blues' previous four games due to an upper-body injury but is expected to return to St. Louis' lineup Thursday vs. the New York Rangers. He will take on the Washington Capitals, who have lost four straight and are 20th in the NHL in goals (3.09).

Marc-Andre Fleury will start Thursday vs. Pittsburgh.

Fleury allowed three goals on 42 shots (.929 SV%) for his second loss in three games as he was handed the loss by Vegas in his previous start. The 38-year-old has had an up-and-down season this year splitting starts, with his 24-14-4 record, 2.82 GAA and .910 SV%. He will face his old squad in the Pittsburgh Penguins, who have lost three of their last five games and are fifth in the NHL in shots per game (34.4).

The 31-year-old has 16 goals, 20 assists, 143 SOG, 24 PIMs and a +12 plus/minus through 58 games prior to the injury.

Jake Christiansen has been reassigned to Cleveland (AHL) Wednesday.

Christiansen has three assists, 25 SOG, four PIMs and a -7 plus/minus through 23 games with Columbus but has been reassigned to Cleveland (AHL) on Wednesday. The 23-year-old returns to Cleveland where he had eight goals, 21 assists, 51 PIMs and a +2 plus/minus prior to his call up.

Jet Greaves has been reassigned to Cleveland (AHL).

Greaves started his first career game Tuesday, stopping 46 of 49 shots (.939 SV%) in a hard-fought loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs but has been reassigned to the Cleveland Monsters (AHL) Wednesday. The 22-year-old netminder returns to Cleveland, where he was 16-14-5 with a .895 SV% and 3.23 GAA.
