The 28-year-old has been strong, but not his usual dominant self this season, yet still is second in the NHL in wins due to his 29-17-4 record, 2.70 GAA and .914 SV%. He will take on the New Jersey Devils, who have won four of their last five games and are fourth in the NHL in both goals per game (3.53) and shots per game (34.5).


Fleury stopped 35 of 37 shots (.946 SV%) for his fifth-straight win as he beat the San Jose Sharks in his previous start. The 38-year-old has improved his season numbers a lot in the last month, leading to his 21-13-3 record, 2.76 GAA and .909 SV%. He will take on the St. Louis Blues, who are coming off a 5-3 loss to Vegas and are 28th in the NHL in shots per game (28.9).



Cirelli left Sunday's game vs. the Jets and did not return due to a lower-body injury. He will return to the Lightning lineup after being considered a game-time decision earlier in the day.

The 32-year-old has been solid in his first season in Washington despite limited help, with his 20-20-5 record, 2.71 GAA and .913 SV%. He will take on the New York Rangers, who have lost three of their last five games and are 14th in the NHL in goals per game (3.23).

Ovechkin has 36 goals, 62 points, 258 SOG, 28 PIMs and a -6 plus/minus through 62 games this season but will be a game-time decision Tuesday as he deals with a lower-body injury. If he does miss the game, it will be his first missed game this season due to injury.

Rittich allowed three goals on 24 shots for his third-straight loss as San Jose got the best of him in his previous start. The 30-year-old Jets' backup has been decent when called upon, with his 9-6-1 record, 2.57 GAA and .906 SV%. He will face the Carolina Hurricanes, who haven't scored in two-straight games but are still third in the NHL in shots per game (35.1).

Markstrom stopped 30 of 31 shots (.968 SV%) for his third win in four games as he was victorious over Ottawa in his previous start. The 33-year-old has had a terrible season to date but has looked better as of late, leading to his 18-18-8 record, 2.83 GAA and .895 SV%. He will take on the Arizona Coyotes, who have surprisingly won three of their last four games but are last in the NHL in shots per game (25.8).

Kesselring has 14 goals, 10 assists, 45 PIMs and a +7 plus/minus through 52 games with Tucson (AHL) and Bakersfield (AHL) and has been recalled by Arizona Tuesday. The 23-year-old had previously played in one game this season, failing to pick up a point.

Imama failed to pick up a point in two games with Arizona but had five PIMs and a -1 plus/minus and was reassigned to Tucson (AHL) on Monday but has been recalled Tuesday. The 26-year-old returns from the Roadrunners, where he had five goals, 12 points, 96 PIMs and a +4 plus/minus through 41 games prior to his call-up.

Svechnikov had 23 goals, 32 assists, 205 SOG, 71 PIMs and a +6 plus/minus through 64 games but will now undergo season-ending knee surgery on Thursday. It is a tough loss for the Hurricanes, who have the best record in the Metropolitan division at the moment.
