Thomas Greiss will start Thursday vs. San Jose.
Greiss allowed seven goals on 34 shots (.794 SV%) for his third-straight loss as he was defeated by the Ottawa Senators in his last start. The 37-year-old Blues' backup has struggled alongside his counterpart Jordan Binnington this season, shown by his 5-8-0 record, 3.54 GAA and .901 SV%. The veteran takes on the San Jose Sharks, who have lost six of their last seven games and are 23rd in the NHL in both goals per game (2.93) and shots (30.0).

Bjork had eight goals, 17 assists, 16 PIMs and a +5 plus/minus through 42 games with Rochester (AHL) and has been dealt to Chicago for future considerations. The 26-year-old has played in 212 NHL games across six season, picking up 24 goals and 53 points.

Edmundson has missed the Canadiens' previous 11 games due to an upper-body injury and will be a game-time decision Thursday vs. Los Angeles. The 29-year-old had a goal, five assists, 53 SOG, 39 PIMs and a -21 plus/minus through 39 games this season.
Grigor Denisenko has been loaned to Charlotte (AHL).
Denisenko has three assists, 16 SOG, four PIMs and a -5 plus/minus through 18 games with Florida but has been loaned to Charlotte (AHL) Thursday. The 22-year-old had nine goals and 21 points across 37 games with Charlotte prior to his previous promotion.
The Blue Jackets have acquired Michael Hutchinson and a 2025 7th Round Pick from the Golden Knights for Jonathan Quick.
Hutchinson was 1-5-1 with a .897 SV% and 2.74 GAA with the Henderson Silver Knights (AHL) and has been dealt alongside a 2025 7th Round Pick from the Golden Knights for Jonathan Quick. Hutchinson has played in 137 career NHL games, with a 55-55-15 record, 2.79 GAA and .905 SV%.

Quick joins his third team this week as he was dealt from Columbus to Vegas for Michael Hutchinson and a 2025 7th Round Pick Thursday.
