O'Reilly has a broken finger and is out indefinitely; he will be placed on LTIR.

O'Reilly left the Maple Leafs' previous game after just 11:11 TOI due to a broken finger and is considered out indefinitely after being placed on the long-term injured-reserve Monday. It is a massive loss for the Maple Leafs as the 32-year-old was one of their big Trade Deadline acquisitions and had 15 goals and 24 points through 48 games this season.

Copley was the first goalie off the ice at the Kings morning skate.

Copley allowed two goals on 21 shots (.905 SV%) for his second-straight victory as he beat Montreal in his previous start. The 31-year-old Alaskan native is expected to start splitting start with the newly acquired Joonas Korpisalo but has a nice 19-4-2 record, 2.79 GAA and .899 SV% in the meantime. He takes on the Washington Capitals, who have won three of their last four games but are 19th in the NHL in goals per game (3.09).

Pheonix Copley
Steel will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday.

Steel has eight goals, 15 assists, 72 SOG, 14 PIMs and a +8 plus/minus through 54 games this season but will be a healthy scratch Tuesday vs. Calgary. The 25-year-old centre will be replaced by the newly acquired Oskar Sundkvist.

Sundqvist will make his Wild debut on Tuesday.

Sundqvist was acquired by Minnesota for a 2023 fourth-round pick at the Trade Deadline and will make his Wild debut Tuesday vs. Calgary. The 28-year-old had seven goals, 21 points, 20 PIMs and 59 SOG through 52 games with Detroit prior to the trade.

Gustavsson will start Tuesday vs. the Flames.

Gustavsson was perfect in his last start, stopping 31 of 31 shots for his second shutout of the season as he beat Calgary in his previous start. The 24-year-old is having a Vezina-worthy first season in Minnesota, with his spectacular 1.99 GAA, .933 SV% and 17-8-3 record.

Ritchie is expected to make his Flames debut on Monday.

Ritchie was dealt to the Flames on Trade Deadline day in a rare four-player which saw him and his brother (Brett) swap teams and will be making his Calgary debut Monday. The 27-year-old had nine goals, 12 assists, 87 SOG and a -15 plus/minus through 58 games with Arizona before the trade.

Markstrom is expected to start Monday in Dallas.

Markstrom allowed three goals on 33 shots (.909 SV%) for his fifth-straight loss as he was defeated by the Minnesota Wild in his previous start. The 33-year-old has had a 2022-23 season to forget, with his 15-17-8 record, 2.94 GAA and .890 SV%. He will take on the Dallas Stars, who are in the midst of a three-game winning streak and are 10th in the NHL in shots per game (32.5).

Pontus Holmberg has been recalled from the Toronto Marlies.

Holmberg had five goals, six assists, eight PIMs and a -2 plus/minus through 22 games with the Toronto Marlies (AHL) and has been recalled Monday. The 23-year-old returns to the Maple Leafs, where he had five goals, 13 points, 26 SOG and 14 PIMs through 36 games played earlier in the season.

Alexander Steeves has been recalled from the Toronto Marlies (AHL).

Steeves has 17 goals, 27 assists, 24 PIMs and a -4 plus/minus through 53 games played with the Toronto Marlies (AHL) and has been called to the Maple Leafs for a second time this season. In his previous stint in the NHL this season, the 23-year-old failed to pick up a point and was a -1 plus/minus.

Talbot is in the starter's crease at the Senators morning skate.

Talbot stopped 19 of 21 shots (.905 SV%) for his third-straight victory as he beat Columbus in his previous start. The 35-year-old has had an up-and-down first season in the Nation's Capital, with his 15-14-1 record, 2.85 GAA and .905 SV%. He will face the Chicago Blackhawks, who unloaded their roster at the trade deadline, and have lost four-straight games in the meantime.

Stalock will start Monday vs. the Senators.

Stalock allowed four goals on 33 shots (.879 SV%) for his second-straight loss as Arizona defeated him in his previous start. The 35-year-old has enjoyed a resurgent bounce-back season, with his .915 SV%, 2.80 GAA and 6-7-1 record. He will take on the surging Ottawa Senators, who have won five-straight games after their 5-2 win over Columbus last game.

Oettinger will start Monday vs. the Flames.

Oettinger stopped 32 of 35 shots (.914 SV%) for his third victory in four games as he beat Colorado easily in his previous start. The 24-year-old has been sensational all season, with his 26-8-10 record, 2.31 GAA and .922 SV%. he will face the plummetting Calgary Flames, who have lost their last five contests after a 3-0 defeat to Minnesota last game.

Reimer will start Monday in Winnipeg.

Reimer allowed five goals on 22 shots (.773 SV%) for his second-straight loss as was beaten by the St. Louis Blues his last time out. The 34-year-old has struggled all season alongside the team around him, with his 9-16-6 record, 3.35 GAA and .892 SV%. He takes on the Winnipeg Jets, who just snapped a five-game losing streak with a 7-5 win over Edmonton last game.

James Reimer
Appleton (upper-body) will be back in the Jets lineup on Monday.

Appleton has missed the Jets' last two games with an upper-body injury and will return to the Winnipeg lineup Monday as they take on San Jose. The 27-year-old has two goals, seven assists, 32 SOG, six PIMs and a -2 plus/minus through 22 games played before the injury.

Dubois (lower-body) will be back in the Jets lineup on Monday.

Dubois missed the Jets' previous two-game due to a lower-body injury but will be back in the Winnipeg lineup Monday vs. San Jose. The 24-year-old has been having a fantastic 2022-23, with 24 goals, 31 assists, 169 SOG, 71 PIMs and a +1 plus/minus through 60 games played prior to his injury.

Skinner will start Monday in Buffalo.

Skinner stopped 25 of 28 shots (.893 SV%) for his second-straight win as he beat Winnipeg in his previous start. The 24-year-old Edmonton native has been solid in his first full NHL season, with his 17-13-4 record, 2.88 GAA and .912 SV%. He takes on the Buffalo Sabres, who have won four of their last six games with a 5-3 win over Tampa Bay in their previous game.
