Vanecek is expected to make his Panthers debut on Saturday after being acquired from the Sharks on Wednesday. Vanecek has struggled this season, going 3-10-3 with a. 3.88 GAA and .882 SV% while playing behind one of the worst teams in the league. He goes from San Jose, who is last in the league in xGA/60 (3.50) to Florida who ranks fifth (2.76). He's a solid streaming option on Saturday with the Panthers being -254 home favourites.

Schwindt has not played since January 18th but will return to the lineup on Friday against the Pittsburgh Penguins. The 23-year-old Schwindt is averaging 9:21 time-on-ice and has seven points (0G / 7A) in 38 games this season.

Binnington will get the nod between the pipes for the 43rd time this season when the Blues travel to Anaheim on Friday. The Blues franchise netminder is enjoying a nice run of form since returning from a successful Four Nations break, posting a 4-1-0 record and a .923 SV%. He was particularly sharp in Los Angeles on Wednesday, stopping 21 of the 23 shots he faced in a 3-2 shootout victory over the Kings. Binnington is a good bet to stay in the win column on Friday as the Blues enter action at -150 on the money line.

The Penguins will turn to Nedeljkovic for the 32nd time this season when the travel to Vegas on Friday. Nedeljkovic took a hard-luck loss his last time out, stopping 21 of the 23 shots he faced in a 4-1 defeat in Colorado on Tuesday. The 29-year-old netminder owns a 12-13-5 record and an .892 SV% on the season. He'll have his hands full on Friday as the Pens enter action at +200 on the money line.

Gustafsson will be the odd-man out on Friday in order to make room for Brandon Tanev's Jets debut. Gustafsson has one goal and four assists in 29 games this season.

Tanev will cap off what was an incredibly busy Friday for him by making his debut in New Jersey against the Devils. Tanev was thankfully already in nearby Philadelphia when he was acquired from the Kraken earlier on Friday. The 33-year-old Tanev has 17 points (9G / 8A) in 60 games this season.

Marchand has not played or practiced since suffering an upper-body injury early in Saturday's game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. His injury status impacted the potential return for the Bruins, as the Panthers were able to acquire him for just a conditional second-round draft pick. The 36-year-old Marchand has 47 points (21G / 26A) in 61 games this season.

Talbot will get the nod for the tail-end of the Red Wings back-to-back after Alex Lyon got the start against Utah on Thursday. Talbot struggled in his last outing, allowing four goals on 20 shots in a 5-3 loss in Columbus on Saturday. The 37-year-old netminder owns a 17-13-3 record on the season along with a .902 SV%. Talbot and the Red Wings enter action on Friday at +185 on the money line.

Hellebucyk will make his 48th start of the season when the Jets travel to New Jersey to take on the Devils on Friday. Hellebuyck was saddled with a rare loss in his last outing, allowing three goals on 29 shots in a 3-2 defeat on Long Island. Winnipeg's franchise netminder boats a ridiculous 36-8-3 record on the season to go along with his league-best .926 SV%. Hellebuyck and the Jets enter action on Friday at -125 on the money line.

The Devils have lost two straight and will hope to return to the win column, turning to Markstrom between the pipes against the Winnipeg Jets. Markstrom struggled in his previous outing, allowing four goals on 21 shots (.810 SV%), including the game-deciding goal in the final seconds of a 4-3 loss to the Dallas Stars. The 35-year-old Markstrom has a 2.24 GAA and .910 SV% in 38 games this season (21-11-5). The Devils enter Friday's contest as +108 home underdogs against a Jets squad that defeated the Philadelphia Flyers 4-1 last night.

Siegenthaler has been out since February 4th due to a lower-body injury and underwent a procedure during the Four Nations break. The 27-year-old Swiss defender had been enjoying a decent 2024-25 campaign before his injury with two goals, nine points, 44 PIMs and a +9 plus/minus.
