Hart was scheduled to start on Monday but was unavailable due to an eye infection. He's still not 100 percent, so Martin Jones will start for the second straight night.


Wahlstrom was on the ice for the Islanders' morning skate but will miss his second straight game with an upper-body injury. According to head coach Barry Trotz, Wahlstrom will be held out for precautionary reasons.


Merkley plaid in two straight games, failing to register a point while playing 14:40 TOI/gm. Merkley will be replaced by Radim Simek.

Simek was a healthy scratch for the last two games but will replace Ryan Merkley in the lineup on Tuesday. Simek brings almost no offence to the table, posting just two points (1G / 1A) in 29 games.

Weatherby was sent to the AHL at the start of February but is back with the Sharks and will play for the first time since January 29th. Weatherby has scored three goals with four assists in 40 games in the Sharks' bottom-6.

Dahlen has gone pointless in his last four games and has just six points (3G / 3A) in his last 21 games. Ryan Dzingel will replace him in the lineup, making his Sharks debut one day after being claimed off of waivers from Toronto.

Dzingel was claimed off of waivers from the Maple Leafs on Monday and will immediately make his Sharks debut. Dzingel will replace Jonathan Dahlen in the lineup and will skate with Logan Couture and Rudolfs Balcers.

Getzlaf missed the last two games with a lower-body injury but will be back in the lineup vs. the Sharks. Getzlaf will be back on a line with Troy Terry and Sonny Milano and comes in with three goals and 24 assists (27 points) in 42 games.


Ladd was hurt early in Sunday's game vs. the Stars and did not return. The Coyotes announced that the veteran winger will miss at least one month and could be out until early April. The recently acquired Nick Ritchie will likely replace Ladd on Wednesday.


Olofsson was not on the ice for Tuesday's practice and will not travel to Montreal for Wednesday's game. Casey Mittelstadt moved to the wing in practice to replace Olofsson.
