The Maple Leafs have claimed Adam Brooks off of waivers from the Golden Knights.
This is the third time that Brooks has been claimed this season. He was originally claimed from Toronto by Montreal, then by Vegas. He had two goals in seven games with the Golden Knights and has a total of three points (2G / 1A) in 11 games this season.
Lehner is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.
Lehner has been evaluated by doctors and the Golden Knights believe that he will be available to play "sooner than later." Laurent Brossoit is expected to get a few consecutive starts while Lehner is on the shelf.

Murray was hurt in the third period Tuesday's game vs. the Blues and did not return. Murray was not on the ice for Wednesday's practice and will not travel to Buffalo. The Senators are hopeful that he will be available for their back-to-back in Ottawa over the weekend.
Koskinen has been activated from the COVID-19 protocol list.
Koskinen has not played since February 2nd but will likely split the Oilers' back-to-back games on Saturday/Sunday with Mike Smith. Koskinen has played better recently, going 4-0-1 with a .920 SV% in his last five starts.
The Oilers have sent Stuart Skinner to Bakersfield (AHL).
With Mikko Koskinen returning from the COVID-19 protocol list, Skinner goes back to the AHL. Skinner is coming off of his first career shutout and has gone 6-6-0 with a 2.62 GAA and .913 SV% with the Oilers this season.
Line Change
Foligno served his two-game suspension and will be back in the Wild lineup on Wednesday.
Foligno was suspended for two games for kneeing Adam Lowry last Tuesday but is set to play tonight in Winnipeg, vs. Lowry and the Jets. Foligno, who has had an outstanding season (17G / 10A), will be back on a line with Joel Eriksson Ek and Jordan Greenway.

The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
