Perunovich will come out of the lineup on Monday due to an undisclosed injury. Replacing him will be Colton Parayko, who is set to return from the COVID-19 protocol list.

Brown missed two games with a non-COVID illness but is set to play Monday vs. the Predators. Brown, who has six points (3G / 3A) in 15 games since joining the Blues, will centre the third line with Brandon Saad and David Perron on his wings on Monday.
Perron (COVID-19 protocol) will be back in the Blues lineup on Monday.
Perron missed two games while in COVID-19 protocol but will be back Monday vs. the Predators. Perron, who has 20 points (8G / 12A) in 25 games this season, is expected to skate on the third line with Logan Brown and Brandon Saad.
Ristolainen (COVID-19 protocol) will return to the Flyers lineup on Monday.
Ristolainen missed one game while in COVID-19 protocol but was a healthy scratch Saturday as he got himself back up to speed. Ristolainen re-enters the Flyers lineup with eight points (1G / 7A) in 33 games while averaging 21:19 TOI/gm.
Holtby has been activated from the COVID-19 protocol list.
Holtby missed three games while on the COVID-19 protocol list but is set to be back in the lineup on Tuesday. It's unclear whether or not Holtby or Jake Oettinger will start vs. the Canadiens.

Gurianov missed three games while on the COVID-19 protocol list but is set to be back in the lineup on Tuesday. Gurianov was back on a line with Jamie Benn and Tyler Seguin in Monday's practice session.
The Sabres have placed Zemgus Girgensons (lower-body) on IR.
Girgensons suffered an lower-body injury on Saturday and being moved to IR means that he will miss at least three games. Peyton Krebs (COVID-19 protocol) will replace him in the lineup on Monday.
The Sabres have placed Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen (lower-body) on IR.
Luukkonen suffered a lower-body injury last Tuesday and was listed as week-to-week, so moving him to IR created a roster spot for reinforcements. He'll be eligible to be activated whenever he is healthy.
