Sogaard won his first start of the season after stopping 34 of 37 shots (.919 SV%) in a victory over Calgary his last time out. He'll face the Chicago Blackhawks, who have lost three straight games and are not much of an offensive threat as they are currently last in the NHL in goals per game (2.4) and second last in shots (26.7).

Pitlick was a healthy scratch for the Canadiens' previous two games but will draw back into the lineup as a replacement for Kirby Dach (illness) Thursday vs. Carolina. The 25-year-old has three goals, two assists, 20 SOG, 14 PIMs and a -10 plus/minus through 22 games played this season.

Dach has 12 goals, 23 assists, 99 SOG, 43 PIMs and a -4 plus/minus through 54 games played this season but will miss Thursday's contest vs. Carolina due to a non-covid-related illness. Rem Pitlick will replace him in the Canadiens lineup.

Hughes shed his no-contact jersey in Devil's practice earlier today but will still miss their matchup Thursday vs. St. Louis as he deals with his upper-body injury. Hughes is having an incredible season, with 35 goals, 32 assists, 229 SOG, and a +15 plus/minus through 50 games played.

Raanta stopped 29 of 30 shots (.967 SV%) for his ninth win in 10 starts as he beat the Buffalo Sabres his previous time out. Lycksell played 10:48 TOI last game as he drew into the Flyers' lineup for the first time since December but will head back to the press box as a healthy scratch Thursday. The 23-year-old has yet to pick up a point but has three SOG across four games played this season.

Hart allowed two goals on 25 shots (.920 SV%) as he was the hard-luck overtime goaltender of loss in his previous start vs. Nashville. The 24-year-old has been solid this season and great as of late, which has resulted in his 16-15-9 record, 2.78 GAA and .913 SV%. He takes on the Seattle Kraken, who have lost four of their last five games after a 3-2 shootout loss vs. Winnipeg last game.

Kahkonen stopped 12 of 13 shots (.923 SV%) for his third victory in four games as he beat Washington last game but was forced to leave after 37:03 TOI due to an undisclosed injury.
