Lehkonen will replace Nathan MacKinnon (upper-body) in the lineup on Tuesday. Lehkonen will skate on the second line with Alex Newhook and Andre Burakovskiy and has 29 points (13G / 16A) in 58 games this season.

MacKinnon's injury is believed to stem from his fight with Matt Dumba over the weekend. Head coach Jared Bednar said that concern is "high" in regards to MacKinnon's injury. Nazem Kadri will replace him on the first line and Artturi Lehkonen will make his Avalanche debut to take his place.

MacKinnon will not be available for a heavyweight tilt in Calgary on Tuesday. It's unclear exactly how the Avalanche lines will shake out but Devon Toews was on PP1 in the morning skate.

Hart was originally expected to start Tuesday in Minnesota but is not available due to a nagging injury. Felix Sandström will come up from the AHL to serve as the backup. Hart is expected to be good to go by this weekend when the Flyers return home to play the Maple Leafs.

Sorokin will not be available for Tuesday's game in Columbus, so Cory Schneider was recalled from the AHL to serve as Semyon Varlamov's backup. Sorokin is feeling better and will be re-evaluated ahead of Thursday's game.

Strome suffered a lower-body injury vs. the Sabres on Sunday and will not play in Pittsburgh. The injury is considered minor, he could even play tomorrow in Detroit. Ryan Reaves will replace him in the lineup on Tuesday.

Goligoski will sit out for the second straight game, with Jon Merrill and Dmitry Kulikov remaining in as the third pairing.

Boqvist was a healthy scratch in Minnesota on Saturday but will replace Zach Werenski (upper-body) in the lineup on Tuesday. Boqvist has picked up 20 points (11G / 9A) in 41 games this season.

Werenski suffered an upper-body injury in Minnesota on Saturday and will not play Tuesday. Werenski will be replaced by Adam Boqvist at 5v5 and likely on PP1 as well.
