Larsson has taken on a fairly large role in Arizona this season but will come out of the lineup Friday in San Jose. With Larsson out, Michael Chaput is expected to draw into the lineup but Lane Pederson is expected to move up the lineup to replace him.

Crouse suffered a lower-body injury on Wednesday and could miss an extended period of time. Crouse will be re-evaluated but it sounds like he'll miss the last few regular-season games.

It will be the 2019 No.11 overall pick's third career NHL game. The 20-year-old defenseman has spent the majority of the season in Tucson (AHL), where he has two goals and seven assists (nine points) in 30 games.

Jeník was a third-round pick of the Coyotes in 2018 and is set to make his NHL debut on Friday. The 20year-old has scored four goals with seven assists (11 points) in 27 games with Tucson (AHL) this season. He will likely start in the Coyotes' bottom-6.

Schmaltz was struck in the head by a puck in warmups on Saturday and has missed the last two games. Schmaltz did not travel to San Jose, so it looks like he'll miss the final two games of the 2021 season. The Coyotes are pretty much out of the playoff hunt, so we likely won't see Schmaltz until the 2021-22 season.

Chmelevski played just 8:27 TOI in Wednesday's game vs. the Avalanche but will come out of the lineup on Friday. John Leonard will draw in to replace Chmelevski.

Leonard was a healthy scratch on Wednesday but will replace Sasha Chmelevski in the lineup on Friday. Leonard has scored three goals and 10 assists (13 points) in 43 games this season.

Brown suffered an update-body injury earlier in the year and the Kings said he will be shut down for the rest of the season after "consultation with team medical staff." Look for Alex Iafallo to move back up to the top line with Brown out.

Kase has only played in two games this season and has not played since January 16th. Kase was on the ice for Friday's practice but will not be available for Saturday's game. Head coach Bruce Cassidy said that he could play either Monday or Tuesday.

Jarry will miss the Penguins' season finale on Saturday due to an upper-body injury. With both Jarry and Casey DeSmith sidelined, Maxime Lagace will make his Penguins debut vs. the Sabres.

Couture may be shut down for the final few games of the season due to a lower-body injury. With Couture out on Friday, Alexander True will draw back into the lineup and Patrick Marleau will move into the top-6.
