The chances of Byram returning before the end of the regular season seem low now but this is why they went out and added Patrik Nemeth at the trade deadline.

Veleno selected No.30 overall in 2018 and will centre the third line in his debut on Tuesday. The 21-year-old had 11 goals and 12 assists (23 points) in 54 AHL games in 2020. In 2021, he stayed in Sweden after the delayed start in North America due to COVID-19, scoring 11 goals with nine assists (20 points) in 46 games with the Malmo Redhawks (SHL).

Strome was a healthy scratch in the last two games but will draw back into the lineup on Tuesday. Strome will play centre, so look for him to be on the third line with Dominik Kubalik as the Blackhawks go back to 12 forwards and six defensemen.

Smith has missed the last four games with an upper-body injury but will be a game-time decision Tuesday vs. the Flyers. Smith would likely replace Matt Tennyson in the lineup.

Miller had one assist in 13:55 TOI on Sunday but will be replaced by Will Borgen in the lineup on Tuesday.

Borgen was a healthy scratch on Sunday but will replace Colin Miller in the lineup on Tuesday. Borgen has no points and a minus-3 rating in six games this season.

Kampfer has been in the lineup for three straight games, including a three-point performance last Friday, but will come out of the lineup on Tuesday. Connor Clifton will replace Kampfer in the lineup.

Clifton has been a healthy scratch for the last two games but will replace Steven Kampfer in the lineup on Tuesday. Clifton has picked one goal and six assists (seven points) in 38 games this season.

DeBrusk has gone goalless in his last nine games, picking up three assists while playing 14:10 ATOI. DeBrusk will be replaced by Sean Kuraly on the third line and Trent Frederic in the lineup.

Tuesday will be Frederic's first game since April 6th, as he draws in to replace Jake DeBrusk in the Bruins' bottom-6. Frederic is a big, physical force but has scored just four goals with one assist in 36 games this season.
