Lee suffered a lower-body injury vs. the Devils last Thursday and the Islanders announced on Wednesday that he will undergo surgery later this week and miss the rest of the season. Since Lee got hurt Kieffer Bellows on the top line but it's unclear if that is the long-term solution. The Islanders added that Lee will be ready for the 2022 season.
de la Rose (lower-body) will be available for Wednesday's game in Los Angeles.
de la Rose has missed the last seven games with a lower-body injury but is expected to be back on the fourth line on Wednesday. de la Rose has registered one assist in nine games this season.
Bozak (concussion) will return to the Blues lineup on Wednesday.
Bozak has missed seven weeks with a concussion that he suffered on a blindside hit from Mark Stone on January 26th. Bozak, who has two assists in seven games this season, will likely centre the third line on Wednesday.
Khaira is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.
Khaira was knocked out in a fight with Brett Ritchie in Monday's game and was not on the ice for Tuesday's practice, making him highly questionable to play Wednesday. Either Dominik Kahun or Patrick Russell will draw into the lineup to replace Khaira if he can't play.
Barrie is day-to-day with a lower-body injury and questionable to play Wednesday.
Barrie left Monday's game in Calgary and did not return. He tested it prior to the third period but didn't feel right and went back to the dressing room. Barrie also missed Tuesday's practice, making him questionable to play in Wednesday's rematch. Ethan Bear will move up and play with Darnell Nurse if Barrie can't play.
Gibson is day-to-day with a lower-body injury.
Gibson did not dress Tuesday in Colorado and is day-to-day with a lower-body injury. With Gibson out, Ryan Miller started and Anthony Stolarz served as his backup. If Gibson misses any time, expect them to continue with that experienced duo.

In the 2023-24 season, there were a total of 14 suspensions and 17 fines issued throughout the NHL. The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
