Bishop will start Wednesday vs. the Maple Leafs.

Bishop stopped 23 of 25 shots in the Stars overtime win over the Lightning on Monday. Bishop playing well was a welcomed sight for the Stars because he struggled in his final two games before their bye week. He is terrific in Dallas, going 12-6-2 with a 1.92 GAA, .937 SV% and one shutout on home ice. Even with the high-scoring Maple Leafs in town, Bishop remains a startable option.

Ben Bishop
Binnington will start Tuesday in Calgary.

Binnington was yanked after surrendering four goals on 11 shots in the Blues loss in Colorado on January 18th. Binnington struggled in the week leading up to the All-Star break, giving up a combined eight goals on just 36 shots (.778 SV%). However, he's been sensational against the Flames this season, winning both starts while stopping 67 of the 69 shots (.971 SV%) that he's faced.

Jordan Binnington
Anderson will start Tuesday in Buffalo.

Anderson allowed four goals on 43 shots in the Senators' loss to the Golden Knights on January 16th. Anderson has been terrible in his last five outings, giving up at least four goals in each game. Over that stretch, he has a 4.75 GAA and .866 SV%. He's been great vs. the Sabres this year though, going 1-1-0 while allowing just four goals on 75 shots (.947 SV%).

Craig Anderson
The Blues have activated Sammy Blais (wrist) from IR.

Blais has not played since November 19th and underwent surgery on his right wrist on the 21st. Activating him from IR suggests that the winger will make his return to the lineup on Tuesday. He had five goals and three assists (eight points) in 20 games before getting hurt.

Sammy Blais
Kuemper (lower-body) practiced on Tuesday and is "getting better every day."

Kuemper, who has missed the last 14 games, will miss Wednesday's game in Anaheim but head coach Rich Tocchet is encouraged by his progress. Tocchet said that the break "really helped with the rehab" and that Kuemper is nearing a return with each practice. Antti Raanta will continue to get the bulk of the starts but it looks like Kuemper will be back in the fold very soon.

Darcy Kuemper
Raanta will start Wednesday in Anaheim.

Raanta was pulled after allowed six goals on 18 shots in the Coyotes loss in Edmonton on January 18th. It was a tough outing for Raanta, who has given up nine goals on the last 46 shots (.804 SV%) that he's faced. With Darcy Kuemper still out, Raanta will start their first game after the bye week. In his first start vs. the Ducks, Raanta stopped 26 of 28 shots in a 4-2 win (Jan.2).

Antti Raanta
Jones will start Wednesday vs. the Canucks.

Jones surrendered four goals on 38 shots in the Sharks loss in Colorado on January 16th. Aaron Dell started six of the last seven games but Jones will make his 32nd start tonight vs. the Canucks. He has lost three straight while giving up a combined 10 goals on 89 shots (.888 SV%). The Vancouver native is 9-2-1 with a 1.83 GAA and .942 SV% against his hometown team in his career.

Martin Jones
Samsonov is expected to start Friday in Ottawa.

Samsonov stopped all seven shots that he faced after replacing Braden Holtby in the Capitals' come-from-behind win over the Islanders on January 18th. Holtby ended up starting the last two games, but Samsonov draws a terrific matchup tonight in Ottawa. He stopped 26 of 27 shots in a 6-1 win in his first start vs. the Senators.

Ilya Samsonov
Holtby will start Wednesday vs. the Predators.

Holtby allowed two goals on 33 shots in the Capitals win in Montreal on Monday. Holtby snapped a personal three-game losing streak and moved to 19-9-4 on the season. He comes into Wednesday's game at 9-3-3 with a 2.75 GAA and .907 SV% on home-ice. On the other side, the Predators are 3-4-0 while scoring just 2.29 goals per game under new head coach John Hynes.

Braden Holtby
Robinson was called up from Stockton (AHL) and will make his Flames debut on Tuesday.

Robinson, who is 6-foot-6 and 225 lbs, has scored 16 goals with 14 assists (30 points) in 40 AHL games this year. The heavyweight comes up to play in the Battle of Alberta later this week where there's bound to be some fireworks after the Zack Kassian/Matthew Tkachuk altercation a few weeks ago. Robinson has one goal and one assist in seven career NHL games.

Buddy Robinson
Talbot starts Tuesday vs. the Blues.

Talbot allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Flames' win over the Oilers on January 11th. David Rittich started the last three games but Talbot will get the first game coming out of their bye week. He is 4-3-0 with a 2.45 GAA and .923 SV% on home-ice this year and St. Louis has lost five straight on the road while scoring just 2.40 goals per game.

Cam Talbot
Bogosian will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday.

Even with Buffalo going with seven defensemen on Tuesday, Bogosian will be the odd man out. He played in the final two games before their bye week but will sit as a healthy scratch for the third time in six games when the Sabres host the Senators. Colin Miller takes his place in the lineup.

Zach Bogosian
Miller will be back in the Sabres lineup on Tuesday.

Miller was a healthy scratch for the last two games before the Sabres bye week but will draw in for Zach Bogosian on Tuesday. Miller has had a disappointing year offensively, scoring just one goal with six assists (seven points) in 33 games.

Colin Miller
Ullmark will start Tuesday vs. the Senators.

Ullmark stopped 35 of 37 shots in the Sabres' 2-1 loss to the Predators on January 18th. Ullmark was playing unbelievable hockey heading into the Sabres' bye week, going 3-1-0 with a 1.50 GAA and .947 SV% in his last four starts. Tonight he faces a Senators team that he's played well against, going 1-1-0 while giving up just four goals on 52 shots (.923 SV%) in two meetings this season.
