Demers (knee) will be a game-time decision on Tuesday.

Demers has been sidelined since November 15th but appears to be close to returning to the Coyotes blueline. Demers has just one goal and two assists in 18 games this season, so he should remain on the waiver wire in the final week of the fantasy hockey regular season.

The Flyers have recalled Justin Bailey from Lehigh Valley (AHL).

Jakub Voracek missed Sunday’s game and Nolan Patrick was hurt early in the same game, so Bailey’s call-up suggests one of them won’t be available for Wednesday’s game. The 23-year-old has no points in five games with Philadelphia but has picked up six goals and two assists (eight points) in 13 AHL games.

The Islanders have recalled Josh Ho-Sang from Bridgeport (AHL) under emergency conditions.

The Islanders have a couple of forwards that are battling illness, so Ho-Sang figures to draw right into the lineup on Tuesday. The 23-year-old has just one goal and one assist in 10 games with the Islanders but has 36 points (6G / 30A) in 44 AHL games.

The Islanders have recalled Michael Dal Colle from Bridgeport (AHL) under emergency conditions.

The Islanders have a couple of forwards that are battling illness, so Dal Colle figures to draw right into the lineup on Tuesday. The 22-year-old has just four points (2G / 2A) in 20 games with the Islanders this season but is a point-per-game player in the AHL, scoring 18 goals with 16 assists (34 points) in 34 games.

Koskinen led the Oilers onto the ice for warmups.

Koskinen stopped all 30 shots that he faced in the Oilers shutout win in Columbus on Saturday. Koskinen has played well as of late, winning two in a row while stopping 65 of the 67 shots (.970 SV%) that he has faced. Since Cam Talbot was traded on February 16th, Koskinen has gone 4-2-2 with a 2.38 GAA, .924 SV% and one shutout.

Andersen allowed two goals on 37 shots in the Maple Leafs win over the Sabres on Saturday. Andersen is riding a four-game winning streak, posting a 2.50 GAA and .930 SV%. Tonight he faces a red-hot Flames team, that has won seven of their last eight games while averaging 3.13 goals for per game.

Schneider will start Tuesday vs. the Blue Jackets.

Schneider allowed five goals on 23 shots in the Devils loss to the Flyers last Friday. It was a rough outing for the veteran netminder, but Schneider has been solid since the middle of February—going 4-2-0 with a 1.99 GAA, .936 SV% and one shutout in his last six outings.

Georgiev will start Tuesday in Dallas.

Georgiev allowed two goals on 39 shots in the Rangers loss to the Capitals on Sunday. Georgiev will start for the second straight game and for the third time in four games but is expected to split time with Henrik Lundqvist down the stretch. The 23-year-old has gone 4-8-0 with a 4.10 GAA and .884 SV% on the road this year.

Bishop will start Tuesday vs. the Rangers.

Bishop allowed one goal on 30 shots in the Stars win in St. Louis on Saturday. Since returning from injury, Bishop has lost two of his three outing despite stopping 101 of the 106 shots (.953 SV%) that he has faced. In his first game vs. the Rangers, Bishop stopped 12 of 13 shots before leaving after the second period in a 2-1 loss.

Rittich will start Monday vs. the Maple Leafs.

Rittich stopped 19 of 20 shots in the Flames win in New Jersey last Wednesday. Mike Smith started on Saturday but Rittich will start for the third time in five games. Rittich comes in having won his last two games while stopping 41 of 43 shots (.954 SV%). Tonight he takes on a Maple Leafs team that has won four of their last five games.

Halak will start Tuesday vs. the Hurricanes.

Halak allowed one goal on 20 shots in the Bruins win over the Sharks last Tuesday. Tuukka Rask started three of the last four games but Halak will look to extend his winning streak to five on Tuesday. He has stopped 115 of 119 shots (.966 SV%) during his current four-game winning streak.

Hischier is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

Hischier missed Monday’s practice with an upper-body injury that he suffered Saturday during the third period in Boston. Travis Zajac centred the Devils top-line and Blake Coleman slotted in as the second-line centre with Hischier missing. He is day-to-day and unlikely to play on Tuesday.
