Bernier will start Tuesday in Colorado.

Bernier allowed two goals on 12 shots after replacing Jimmy Howard in the Red Wings blowout loss to Montreal last Tuesday. Howard lost in Arizona on Saturday so the Red Wings will go back to Bernier tonight vs. his former team. The 30-year-old has gone 5-9-3 with a 3.52 GAA, .896 SV% and one shutout on the road this year.

Jonathan Bernier
Price (illness) will start Tuesday in Los Angeles.

Price allowed four goals on 24 shots in the Canadiens loss to the Penguins on Saturday. The loss snapped a brief two-game winning streak for Price, who is 4-3-0 with a 2.33 GAA and .921 SV% in his last seven games. He makes for an excellent option against a Kings team that has lost 10 of their last 11 (1-6-4) while being outscored 45-to-30.

Carey Price
Hannikainen (illness) will draw into the Blue Jackets lineup on Tuesday.

Hannikainen was removed from IR on Sunday but was a healthy scratch vs. the Jets. Hannikainen will return to the lineup after a nine-game absence, replacing Lukas Sedlak on the fourth line. Hannikainen has seven points (4G / 3A) in 42 games this season.

Markus Hannikainen
The Flames have assigned Michael Stone to Stockton (AHL) on a conditioning stint.

Stone has been out since November 11th because of complications with a blood clot in his arm. Stone hasn’t been able to crack the Flames lineup lately so he’ll go to Stockton to get back up to game speed.

Michael Stone
Bobrovsky is expected to start Tuesday in New Jersey.

Bobrovsky allowed four goals on 25 shots in the Blue Jackets loss to the Jets on Sunday. After posting back-to-back shutouts, Bobrovsky has lost three of his last four while allowing a combined 15 goals on 101 shots (.851 SV%). The 30-year-old netminde has gone 2-0-0 with a 0.50 GAA, .986 SV% and one shutout in two starts against the Devils this season.

Sergei Bobrovsky
Quick was the first goalie off of the ice at the Kings morning skate.

Quick allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Kings win over the Blackhawks win over the Blackhawks on Saturday. It was a rare win for Quick, who has gone 1-4-3 with a 4.63 GAA and .846 SV% in his last eight starts. Tonight he faces the Canadiens for the first time this season—Quick is 8-7-3 with a 2.80 GAA, .906 SV% and two shutouts on home-ice this season.

Jonathan Quick
Kuemper will start Tuesday vs. the Ducks.

Kuemper allowed one goal on 23 shots in the Coyotes win over the Red Wings on Saturday. Kuemper extended his winning streak to seven games, posting a 1.53 GAA, .949 SV% and one shutout in the process. He should be able to continue his hot streak against a Ducks team that has gone 6-21-4 while averaging just 1.65 goals for per game since mid-December.

Darcy Kuemper
Varlamov will start Tuesday vs. the Red Wings.

Varlamov allowed four goals on 40 shots in Colorado’s loss in San Jose last Friday. Philipp Grubauer started in Anaheim on Sunday but they’ll come back to Varlamov on Tuesday. Varlamov has been average as of late but is a great option vs. the Red Wings—he stopped all 24 shots that he faced in a 2-0 shutout win in his first start against Detroit.

Semyon Varlamov
Schenn (upper-body) will return to the Blues lineup on Wednesday.

Schenn has missed the last six games with an upper-body injury but skated on the top-line in Tuesday’s practice and will play Wednesday in Anaheim. Schenn was red-hot before getting hurt, picking up 15 points (2G / 13A) in his last 14 games.

Brayden Schenn
Radulov was late for the morning skate and will be scratched on Tuesday.

Stars head coach Jim Montgomery said that Radulov will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday because he was late for the morning skate. With Radulov out, Jamie Oleksiak will dress as a seventh defenseman and Mattias Janmark will be on the top power-play unit.

Alexander Radulov
Hellebuyck will start Tuesday in Tampa Bay.

Hellebuyck allowed two goals on 42 shots in the Jets win in Columbus on Sunday. Hellebuyck has gone 4-3-0 with a 3.30 GAA and .914 SV% in his last seven starts. Overall, it has been a tough season for the 25-year-old, who has a 2.96 GAA and .911 SV% in 49 games, and a road meeting with the NHL's best team is a matchup where he should be left on the bench.
