McGinn made his season debut on Tuesday but it was his first game in 10 months so he will rest Thursday vs. the Flames. Jayce Hawryluk will replace him on the Panthers’ fourth line.
Hawryluk missed the last four games with a lower-body injury that he suffered against St. Louis on February 5th, but will play Thursday vs. the Flames. Hawryluk will replace Jamie McGinn in the lineup and is expected to skate on the fourth line.

Still, he hasn’t been very good this season and tonight’s matchup with the Flames is not a friendly one.

In his first start against the Lightning (Jan.15), Khudobin stopped 19 of 21 shots in a 2-0 loss.

Tonight he faces a Canucks team that has lost four of their last five games while being outscored 19-to-11.
With David Pastrnak out for a few weeks, Kuhlman gets his first career NHL call-up. The undrafted free-agent has 12 goals and 13 assists (25 points) in 50 games in his first full AHL season.
Aston-Reese has been out since January 8th but skated on the Penguins fourth-line and second power-play unit in Wednesday’s morning skate. Aston-Reese is expected to replace Dominik Simon in the lineup vs. the Oilers.
