Markstrom will start Thursday vs. the Coyotes.

Markstrom allowed five goals on 34 shots in the Canucks loss in Toronto last Saturday. Markstrom won nine of 10 from Dec.6-Jan.2 but has since lost two in a row. However, he has a good opportunity to get back on track tonight vs. the Coyotes—Markstrom enters play at 9-5-1 with a 2.66 GAA and .914 SV% on home-ice this season.

Jacob Markstrom
Nilsson will start Thursday in Los Angeles.

Nilsson stopped 32 of 33 shots in the Canucks win in Anaheim last night. Nilsson recorded his first win with Ottawa and has now stopped 65 of 72 shots (.903 SV%) since being acquired by the Senators. Tonight he starts on no rest against a Kings team that has won six of their last 10 games (6-4-0).

Anders Nilsson
Reimer will start Thursday in Edmonton.

Reimer made 14 saves on 15 shots after replacing Roberto Luongo in the Panthers loss in Pittsburgh on Tuesday. Reimer has gone 4-3-1 with a 3.19 GAA and .885 SV% on the road this season, making him a risky start against Connor McDavid and the Oilers. Edmonton enters the game at 10-9-1 on home-ice this season.

James Reimer
Fleury will start Thursday vs. the Sharks.

Fleury gave up two goals on 29 shots in the Golden Knights win over the Rangers on Tuesday. The win extended Fleury’s winning streak to five games, posting a 1.20 GAA, .956 SV% and one shutout over that span. Fleury stopped all 33 shots that he faced in a 6-0 shutout win in his first start against San Jose this season.

Marc-Andre Fleury
Hyman (ankle) will return to the Maple Leafs lineup on Thursday.

Hyman has missed the past eight games with a sprained left ankle but will return to the lineup on Thursday. Hyman, who has seven goals and eight assists (15 points) in 32 games this season, will skate on a line with John Tavares and Mitch Marner in his return to the lineup.

Zach Hyman
Quick was the first goalie off of the ice at the Kings morning skate.

Quick stopped all 16 shots that he faced in the Kings shutout win over the Oilers last Saturday. Quick was given a breather on Monday, so look for him to start Thursday vs. the Senators. He has been a below-average fantasy option this season but has a solid matchup tonight vs. a Senators team that played last night.

Jonathan Quick
Mrazek will start Thursday in Tampa Bay.

Mrazek was on the winning side of Sunday’s game in Ottawa despite allowing four goals on 31 shots. Mrazek has won two in a row while giving up a combined seven goals and comes into Thursday at 5-5-0 with a 2.64 GAA, .912 SV% and one shutout in his last 10 starts. He has been inconsistent and should be left on your bench during a brutal road matchup in Tampa Bay.

Petr Mrazek
Foligno (personal) will be back in the Blue Jackets lineup on Thursday.

Foligno left the Blue Jackets after the team’s December 30th practice as his 5-year-old daughter was scheduled to undergo a heart procedure a day later in Boston. The family didn’t return to Columbus until Tuesday. Foligno returns after missing four games with 20 points (10G / 10A) in 37 contests.

Nick Foligno
Price will start Thursday in St. Louis.

Price allowed one goal on 25 shots in the Canadiens shutout loss to the Wild on Monday. Price has gone 1-2-0 with a 1.37 GAA and .955 SV% since returning from injury and will start Thursday after getting a breather on Tuesday. Price stopped 23 of 25 shots in a win in his first start against the Blues this season and is a nice option with a rookie goalie in the other crease.

Carey Price
Dubnyk will start Thursday vs. the Jets.

Dubnyk stopped all 32 shots that he faced in the Wild’s shutout win in Montreal on Monday. The win extended Dubnyk’s winning streak to three games, stopping 94 of the 100 shots (.940 SV%) that he faced. Tonight he faces the Jets for the second time this year—Dubnyk made 26 saves on 27 shots in a 3-1 win in their first meeting (Dec.29).
