Paquette missed Monday’s game in Nashville after getting hurt late in Saturday’s game in Philadelphia. Paquette, who has just four points (3G / 1A) in 20 games this season, averaging just 11:35 TOI/gm. He will replace Danick Martel on the fourth line.

Andersen will start Wednesday in Carolina.

Andersen allowed two goals on 39 shots in the Maple Leafs win over the Blue Jackets on Monday. Andersen has been simply dominate in the month of November. The ‘Great Dane’ has won six games in a row while stopping 206 of 214 shots (.963 SV%). Those numbers are incredible and Andersen is matchup-proof right now.

Dubnyk will start Wednesday vs. the Senators.

Dubnyk allowed three goals on 29 shots in the Wild’s loss to the Sabres on Saturday. Dubnyk was dominant in October and has been solid in November, going 4-3-0 with a 2.59 GAA and .903 SV% in his last seven starts. He’ll face a Senators team that has won three of five while averaging 4.00 goals for per game.

Holtby will start Wednesday vs. the Blackhawks.

Holtby stopped all 22 shots that he faced after replacing Pheonix Copley in the Capitals overtime win in Montreal. It was an impressive return to the crease for Holtby, who missed the previous two games with an upper-body injury. The 29-year-old is 4-3-1 with a 2.75 GAA, .913 SV% and one shutout on home-ice.

Lehner will start Wednesday in New York.

Lehner was pulled after allowing three goals on 14 shots in the Islanders 6-2 loss to the Stars on Sunday. In his last three starts, Lehner has gone 0-3-0 while giving up nine goals on 70 shots (.871 SV%). The 27-year-old has gone 3-4-0 with a 2.93 GAA and .906 SV% on the road this season.

Domingue will start Wednesday vs. the Panthers.

Domingue gave up three goals on 34 shots in the Lightning’s loss in Nashville on Monday. Domingue will continue to see a heavy workload with Andrei Vasilevskiy out. So far he has gone 2-1-0 while surrendering 13 goals on 112 shots (.884 SV%) in Vasilevskiy’s absence. Tonight he faces a Panthers team that has won six of their last eight, but will be without Vincent Trocheck tonight.

DeSmith gave up five goals on 40 shots in the Penguins overtime loss to the Sabres on Monday. Despite losing three in a row and allowing 11 goals on 89 shots (.876 SV%) in those games, DeSmith has been better than Matt Murray this season and will continue to start games tonight. He is 2-0-2 with a 2.70 GAA, .924 SV% and one shutout on home-ice this season.

Hutton allowed four goals on 40 shots in the Sabres win in Pittsburgh on Monday. Hutton is riding a five-game winning streak, allowing just nine goals on the last 140 shots (.936 SV%) that he has faced. The 32-year-old is 5-2-1 with a 2.62 GAA and .921 SV% in his first eight starts at the KeyBank Center.

McElhinney allowed just one goal on 34 shots in the Hurricanes win over the Devils on Sunday. McElhinney will make his third straight start tonight, facing the Maple Leafs, who put him on waivers at the start of the year. Overall, McElhinney has been steady, posting a 2.51 GAA and .903 SV% across six appearances

Howard was in the starter's crease at the Red Wings' morning skate.

Howard gave up two goals on 36 shots in the Red Wings loss in Ottawa last Thursday. Jonathan Bernier started on Saturday, so Howard should be well rested coming into tonight’s game vs. the Bruins. The 34-year-old has an impressive 1.95 GAA and .938 SV% in November and is 4-3-1 with a 2.34 GAA and .931 SV% on home-ice this season.

Kinkaid allowed three goals on 30 shots in the Devils overtime loss to the Red Wings on Saturday. The loss snapped a two-game winning streak for Kinkaid, who is now 3-2-1 with a 2.45 GAA, .923 SV% and one shutout in November. Tonight he is facing a Canadiens team that is 3-2-2 while averaging 3.57 goals per game in their last seven games.

The Hurricanes have reassigned Clark Bishop to Charlotte (AHL).

Bishop failed to record a point in his first seven career NHL games during his call-up, but returns to the AHL where he has five points (3G / 2A) in nine games. Bishop was returned to the AHL to create room so the Hurricanes could activate Victor Rask (hand) from IR.

Rask has missed the first 20 games of the season after undergoing surgery on his hand in the preseason. Rask suffered a freak kitchen accident, slicing two of his fingers with a knife. His activation from IR makes his available for Wednesday’s game, but there’s no indication whether or not he will actually make his season debut tonight or not.

Varlamov allowed three goals on 23 shots in Colorado’s win over the Bruins last Wednesday. Varlamov has won two in a row and is now 2-3-0 with a 3.46 GAA and .881 SV% in November. He has a chance to extend his winning streak to three against Kings team that is last in goals per game (2.00).
