Jarry has gone 4-5-1 with a 2.89 GAA and .909 SV% in 11 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this season. With Matt Murray out “longer-term,” Jarry will serve as the primary backup to Casey Desmith and should see the occasional start. The 23-year-old has a 2.78 GAA and .907 SV% in 27 career NHL appearances.
The Penguins did not provide a timetable for Murray’s return, but expect the young netminder to be out long-term. Lundqvist has been great in his last eight starts, going 6-1-1 with a 2.33 GAA and .921 SV%. The 36-year-old has struggled on the road though—going 1-3-2 with a 3.53 GAA and .893 SV% in seven starts.

Koskinen will make his third straight start after stopping 55 of 61 shots (.902 SV%) in his previous two outings. He is outplaying Cam Talbot and draws a solid matchup vs. a Ducks team that has lost three of their last four and rank second last in the NHL in goal-scoring (2.17 GF/pg).
Petersen stopped all 29 shots that he faced in the Kings shutout win in St. Louis on Monday. Petersen has been great since coming up from the AHL, going 2-1-0 while stopping 101 of 106 shots (.953 SV%) in three games. Petersen will try to keep his roll going against an Avalanche team that is currently third in the NHL in scoring (3.55 GF/pg).
Gibson allowed two goals on 35 shots in the Ducks loss to the Maple Leafs last Friday. Gibson missed Sunday’s game with flu-like symptoms, but appears ready to go tonight after practicing on Tuesday and taking part in Wednesday’s morning skate. Gibson is 4-1-4 with a 2.23 GAA and .932 SV% on home-ice this season.
Fleury allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Golden Knights win in Edmonton on Sunday. Fleury has alternated wins and losses in his last nine appearances and is now 9-8-1 with a 2.63 GAA and .901 SV% on the season. Tonight he takes on a Coyotes team that is 2-4-1 while averging just 2.00 goals per game over their last seven games.
Rinne allowed two goals on 31 shots in the Predators win over the Lightning on Monday. Since returning from injury, Rinne has gone 5-1-1 with a 1.42 GAA, .951 SV% and one shutout in his last seven starts. Tonight he faces a Blues team that just fired Mike Yeo in a building where Rinne is 5-1-0 this season.
Howard gave up two goals on 36 shots in the Red Wings loss in Ottawa last Thursday. Jonathan Bernier started on Saturday, so Howard should be well rested coming into tonight’s game vs. the Bruins. The 34-year-old has an impressive 1.95 GAA and .938 SV% in November and is 4-3-1 with a 2.34 GAA and .931 SV% on home-ice this season.
Bourque has played in nine straight games but will be replaced by Matt Nieto tonight in Los Angeles. Bourque has just three assists in 19 games this season.
Dano played just 6:20 TOI on Sunday and will come out of the lineup tonight in Los Angeles. Dano will be replaced by Colin Wilson.
Nieto has missed the last two games with a lower-body injury, but will replace Marko Dano in Los Angeles. Nieto brings very little offence to the table, picking up just two goals and one assist in 17 games this season.
Wilson missed Sunday’s game in Anaheim, but will replace Gabriel Bourque tonight in Los Angeles. Wilson has five goals and three assists (eight points) in 19 games this season.
With Darren Helm out long-term, Ehn comes up to serve as an extra forward on Wednesday. Ehn had just one assist in 10 NHL games earlier this season, but picked up six points (1G / 5A) in 10 games with Grand Rapids.
