Fleury will start Thursday in Tampa Bay.

Fleury stopped 26 of 27 shots in the Golden Knights 1-0 shutout loss in Nashville on Tuesday. Tonight he makes his fourth straight start but he comes in having lost three of his last four with a 1.77 GAA and .944 SV%. Fleury allowed three goals on 38 shots in a 4-3 win in his first start against Tampa Bay.

Raanta will start Thursday in Nashville.

Raanta gave up two goals on 22 shots in the Coyotes shootout loss to the Sharks on Tuesday. Raanta has played well as of late, going 1-1-2 with a 1.91 GAA and .929 SV% in his last four starts. The one win came against a the Predators, who he’ll face again tonight—he stopped 37 of 39 shots in a 3-2 overtime win on January 4th.

Rinne is expected to start Thursday vs. the Coyotes.

Rinne stopped 25 of 26 shots in the Predators win over the Oilers on January 9th. Rinne has won his last two starts while stopping 51 of 55 shots (.927 SV%) and tonight he will start after Juuse Saros’ fantastic performance on Tuesday. Rinne is 12-3-2 with a 2.86 GAA and .909 SV% on home ice this season and tonight he faces the last placed Coyotes.

Hutton allowed one goal on 31 shots in the Blues overtime win in Toronto on Tuesday. Hutton will make his second straight start and has gone 4-1-1 with a 1.91 GAA and .940 SV% on the road this season. He leads the NHL in GAA (1.78) and SV% (.942) and has an excellent matchup tonight in Ottawa.

Andersen will start Thursday in Philadelphia.

Andersen allowed two goals on 42 shots in the Maple Leafs overtime loss to the Blues on Tuesday. Andersen has now lost three in a row and five of his last seven starts while allowing a combined 20 goals on 244 shots (.918 SV%). He has had to bail the Maple Leafs out a lot this season and faces a stern test tonight in Philly.

Hutton allowed one goal on 31 shots in the Blues overtime win in Toronto on Tuesday. Hutton will make his second straight start and has gone 4-1-1 with a 1.91 GAA and .940 SV% on the road this season. He leads the NHL in GAA (1.78) and SV% (.942) and has an excellent matchup tonight in Ottawa.

Holtby is in the starter's crease at the Capitals morning skate.

Holtby allowed two goals on 32 shots in the Capitals loss to the Hurricanes last Thursday. Philipp Grubauer started two of the last three games, so it looks like Holtby will start their first game out of their bye week. Holtby is 2-0-0 with a 2.00 GAA and .920 SV% in two games vs. the Devils this season.

Khudobin will start Thursday against the Islanders.

Khudobin allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Bruins loss to the Stars on Monday. In his last four starts, Khudobin has gone 2-0-2 while stopping 123 of 130 shots (.946 SV%). He has a tough matchup against an Islanders team that comes into play ranked second in the NHL in scoring (3.39 GF/PG).

Korpisalo was the first goalie off of the ice at the Blue Jackets morning skate.

Korpisalo allowed five goals on 35 shots in the Blue Jackets loss to the Lightning in his last NHL start (Dec. 31st). Korpisalo has been getting playing time in the AHL recently and it looks like he may start the Blue Jackets first game out of their bye week tonight. He started the first game after their break last year and pitched a shutout in a 7-0 win over the Islanders. We'll find out later if Torts is just messing with us.

Lehner will start Thursday in New York.

Lehner was pulled after he allowed three goals on 17 shots in the Sabres loss to the Jets on January 9th. Lehner has lost his last four starts while allowing a combined 14 goals on 103 shots (.864 SV%). One of those losses came against the Rangers, who he’ll face again tonight—he allowed three goals on 42 shots in a 3-2 loss in the Winter Classic.

Vasilevskiy will start Thursday vs. the Golden Knights.

Vasilevskiy allowed five goals on 24 shots in the Lightning’s loss to the Flames last Thursday. Vasilevskiy has faltered as of late, losing three of his last four with a 3.96 GAA and .874 SV%. He draws a tough matchup with Vegas in town, but Vasilevskiy has gone 16-2-1 with a 2.43 GAA and .917 SV% on home ice.

Kinkaid will start for a second straight game.

Kinkaid allowed one goal on 26 shots in the Devils win in Brooklyn on Tuesday. With Kinkaid having a nice outing, Cory Schneider being under the weather and playing poorly, Kinkaid will start again tonight vs. the Capitals. However, Kinkaid has not been very good this year and his matchup is very poor—Washington comes in having won six of their last seven contests.
