Schneider allowed five goals on 25 shots in the Devils loss to the Flyers on January 13th. Schneider missed the last three games with an illness but is expected to play tonight after participating in Sunday’s practice. In Schneider’s last five starts, he has gone 0-3-2 while allowing 21 goals on 159 shots (.868 SV%).



Gorges will come out of the Sabres lineup on Monday and will be replacing by Nathan Beaulieu, who will be returning after missing two games with an illness of his own.

Beaulieu missed the last two games with an illness but will return tonight in Calgary. Beaulieu will replace Josh Gorges, who is sidelined with an illness of his own. Beaulieu has had a tough season, collecting just four points (1G / 3A) in 32 games.

Oduya is battling an undisclosed injury so he won be in the lineup tonight in Minnesota. Oduya will not play for the third time in five games so he will be replaced by Frederik Claesson.

On top of his struggles, the team in front of him is lousy and the matchup tonight is a rough one.

Raanta stopped 25 of 27 shots in the Coyotes win in St. Louis on Saturday. The results haven’t always been there but Raanta has played very well as of late, posting a 1.91 GAA and .933 SV% in his last six starts. Tonight he will face a high-scoring Islanders team on home-ice, where he has gone 2-7-3 with a 2.59 GAA and .917 SV% this season.

Thompson will miss his second straight game tonight and will miss the next two games before the break as well. With Thompson still out, Colin White will remain in the Senators lineup tonight.

Pageau will miss his third straight game with an upper-body injury and will miss the Senators’ next two games before the break. With Pageau out, Filip Chlapik will remain in the Senators lineup on Monday.

Palat will miss at least three games with an undisclosed injury and may not be ready to return after the All-Star break. The Lightning don’t have a timetable for Palat’s return but don’t expect another update until early next week.

In just his seventh game back in the Stars lineup, Hanzal left early yet again. Hanzal continues to struggle with injuries in his first start with Dallas. He is considered day-to-day.

Bishop allowed one goal on 26 shots in the Stars shootout loss in Columbus last Thursday. Kari Lehtonen started on Saturday so Bishop will be back between the pipes tonight vs. the Panthers. Bishop is 3-2-1 with a 1.99 GAA and .929 SV% in his last six starts.

Chicago announced that Anisimov will return tonight over the weekend so activating him from IR was simply a formality. Gustav Forsling was re-assigned to Rockford (AHL) yesterday to create room for Anisimov.

Stone left the Senators morning skate early and will not play tonight in Minnesota. Stone joins J-G Pageau and Nate Thompson as injured Senators forwards—that means Filip Chlapik, Colin White and Chris DiDomenico will all be in the lineup tonight.

Bernier allowed one goal on 28 shots in Colorado’s win over the Rangers on Saturday. Bernier is riding a personal eight-game winning streak, posting a 1.47 GAA, .958 SV% and one shutout in the process. Tonight he will look to extend Colorado’s winning streak to 10 games as he faces his former team in Toronto.

Vasilevskiy allowed four goals on 34 shots in the Lightning’s loss in Minnesota on Saturday. All of a sudden the Lightning and Vasilevskiy are struggling. Vasilevksiy enters play on a three-game losing streak, allowing a combined 13 goals on 88 shots (.852 SV%). He will look to get back on track tonight in Chicago—he stopped 29 of 31 shots in a 3-2 OT win in his first game vs. the Blackhawks.
