Rask allowed one goal on 38 shots in the Bruins win over the Jets on Thursday. Rask has won five of his last six starts while allowing a combined 10 goals on 169 shots (.941 SV%). One of those wins came against the Red Wings—he stopped 31 of 33 shots in a 3-2 OT win.
Raanta allowed three goals on 26 shots in the Coyotes loss to the Panthers on Tuesday. Since returning to the Coyotes crease, Raanta has gone 0-4-0 with a 2.79 GAA and .921 SV%. Raanta has gone 1-5-1 with a 2.76 GAA and .917 SV% in nine starts at Gila River Arena this season.
Ward allowed one goal on 29 shots in the Hurricanes win in Nashville on Thursday. Ward is riding a three-game winning streak, posting a 2.24 GAA and .926 SV% in the process. One of those wins came against the Sabres, who he will face again tongiht—he allowed four goals on 41 shots in a 5-4 OT win in Buffalo last Friday.
Stalock surrendered three goals on 33 shots in the Wild’s loss in Florida last night. Stalock will start his second back-to-back set in eight days and has posted a 2.53 GAA, .922 SV% ad one shutout since Devan Dubnyk got hurt. He’ll be in tough tonight in Tampa Bay—he is 3-4-1 with a 3.48 GAA and .904 SV% on the road this season.
Schneider gave up three goals on 28 shots in the Devils shootout win over the Rangers on Thursday. Schneider has won three in a row while allowing a combined eight goals on 82 shots (.902 SV%). Tonight he takes on a Chicago team that just had their five-game winning streak snapped in Dallas on Thursday.
Niederreiter left last night’s game in Florida with an ankle injury and will not be in the lineup tonight. Niederreiter was spotted wearing a walking boot after the game, so he could be sidelined for some time. Expect ab update on his status after Christmas.

Bobrovsky has been inconsistent as of late, going 3-5-1 with a 3.57 GAA and .889 SV% in nine December starts. Tonight he faces his former team on home-ice, where he has gone 10-5-0 with a 2.03 GAA, .933 SV% and four shutouts this season.
Vasilevskiy surrendered three goals on 21 shots in the Lightning’s win over the Senators on Thursday. Vasilevskiy has gone 6-1-0 with a 2.12 GAA and .925 SV% in seven December starts and is a ridiculous 13-1-1 with a 2.42 GAA and .918 SV% on home ice this season. He is a must-start regardless of his matchup.

Halak surrendered five goals on 40 shots in the Islanders loss to the Ducks on Thursday. December has been tough for Halak, who has gone 2-3-2 with a 3.45 GAA and .902 SV% in six starts and one relief appearance. The Islanders will host a Jets team that has lost six of their last nine games.
Andersen allowed one goal on 33 shots in the Maple Leafs win over the Hurricanes on Tuesday. Curtis McElhinney started on Wednesday so they’ll obviously come back to Andersen tonight in New York. Andersen gave up five goals on 35 shots in an 8-5 win over the Rangers in their first meeting—Andersen comes in at 3-3-0 with a 2.01 GAA and .942 SV% in December.
