Allen allowed one goal on seven shots after replacing Carter Hutton in last night’s loss to the Kings. With Hutton struggling last night, there should be no doubt that Allen starts this afternoon in Minnesota. In his first start vs. the Wild, Allen allowed three goals on 25 shots in a 6-2 win last Saturday.

Prosser is expected to make his season debut with the Wild on Saturday.

Prosser was claimed off of waivers by the Wild on Thursday and is expected to face the team that placed him on waivers tonight. Prosser only played in one game with the Blues before bring waived and returns to the Wild where he played from 2010-2017, registering 38 points (7G / 31A) in 282 games.

Forsberg will start Saturday in Dallas.

Forsberg stopped 28 of 31 shots in the Blackhawks loss in Nashville on Tuesday. With Corey Crawford getting hurt on Thursday the Blackhawks will turn to Forsberg as their No.1 option starting tonight. He has posted a 3.67 GAA and .904 SV% in seven appearances this season but is coming off of one of his better games, so he will look to build off of that in Dallas.

Brossoit will start Saturday in Calgary.

Brossoit surrendered five goals (one from his own team) on 35 shots in the Oilers 6-4 loss to the Maple Leafs on Thursday. With Cam Talbot sidelined, the Oilers will need more out of Brossoit if they’re going to stay afloat in the Western Conference over the next few weeks. Brossoit is 0-2-1 with a 2.53 GAA and .914 SV% on the road this season but does have a win in the Scotiabank Saddledome in his young career.

Dubnyk will start Saturday vs. St. Louis.

Dubnyk allowed two goals on 31 shots in the Wild’s win over the Golden Knights on Thursday. Dubnyk wrapped up the month of November at 7-4-1 with a 2.67 GAA, .916 SV% and three shutouts. He will look for revenge against the Blues this afternoon, after allowing six goals on 40 shots in a 6-3 loss in St. Louis last Saturday.
